A few months ago Janet, my Dad’s wife, made these delicious Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies.
Everyone in our family loved them, especially my pregnant daughter and my husband.
They couldn’t seem to get enough of them!
Janet told us that they were kind of healthy since they
had peanut butter and cornflakes in them.
Not that really matters to us when we’re eating cookies!
Here’s the recipe and I hope your family enjoys them as much as my family has!
Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies
1 c. white sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. corn flakes
Bring sugar & syrup to a boil.
Remove from heat & add butter & peanut butter.
Melt, pour over cornflakes. Mix together good.
Spoon onto wax paper. Makes 50 cookies.
That’s it super easy and super delicious!!

As soon as I go off this diet I will be making these cookies! Now that I think about that does not make a lot of sense – diet and then cookies????
Hey Nicole
You made me laugh out loud!! That sound just like something I would do and then I’d eat too many and make myself sick.
Thanks for stopping by and I’m glad you liked the cookies!
Blessings,

After reading this recipe, I couldn’t get to my kitchen fast enough! I made them with Frosted Flakes (that’s what I had) and have been eating them non stop since I made them 20 minutes ago! Thanks for sharing this!
Those sound so good! Guess I’m buying cornflakes this week! 🙂
Oh YUMMY! Link this up with Creative Me Monday!!

Janet’s recipe is very close to a recipe I make often. My kids call these “World’s Fastest Cookies”–it takes longer to measure the ingredients than it does to make the cookies! I used to make these for my 2nd and 3rd grade RA’s every Wednesday night. 🙂
