Fashion Friday~Spring Wardrobe

Happy Friday friends!

It’s a little ominous this morning in Kentucky. They keep talking about some bad storms that will be rolling in this afternoon.

I’m not usually scared of storms but I am going to be watching the weather close today.

Since it’s Fashion Friday I thought I’d share some things I’d like to purchase for the spring season.

Yesterday I shared some popular spring shoes and today we’ll look at clothes.

I know some of you don’t have the time to shop around and find popular styles so I’ve picked some pieces out that are popular and would be great to add to your spring wardrobe.

First, I would love to have a classic trench coat (I can’t believe I don’t have one, but I don’t). This would be a timeless piece to have in your wardrobe.

Polka dots are popular and I’d love to have this blouse. You can’t go wrong with polka dots so try to add them to your spring wardrobe.

I like sleeveless blouses when the weather starts to warm up. This blouse comes in several colors but the hot pink color is my favorite.

I’m determined to add colored pants to my spring wardrobe. How cute is this outfit? You don’t have to be in your 20s and 30s to enjoy this style. If you’re over 40 (ahem) this style would look great and you don’t have to be as skinny as the girl in the picture!

I added this picture because of the colored pants and the striped shirt and the scarf. Love it all!

These are just a few of my favorite spring styles.

To summarize if you’re looking to add some popular pieces to your spring wardrobe, you can’t go wrong with polka dots, colored pants, stripes or a classic trench.

What are your favorite styles for the spring season? Do you like any of the pieces that I picked out?

  1. I am in love with polka dots, tiny ones and medium dots. I also love a few pops of color, I don’t know if
I am ready for the neon trend. I adore coats, all kinds and the trench is perfect for year round but just not this deep south. It is too hot unless it is January. I go back and forth with the blouse with the tie in front. Sometimes I love it like with your pink example but I don’t like a large fluffy tie in the front. It has to relaxed like yours above.
