It’s Friday and we’re in for a hot and humid weekend here in Ky.
That’s why this week both of my “pins” are perfect for the hot, summer weather.

I hope you get to spend some time outside this weekend.
Summer is one of those seasons that seem to go by so quickly. Before it’s gone,
- I want to lay outside on a blanket at night, and count the stars and
marvel in how God created each one of them.
- I want to run through a water sprinkler like I did when I was little.
- I want to eat lots of popsicles.
- I want to wake up before the sun rises and watch it come up and thank God
for another day of life.

It’s funny how people in different climates want to do different things in the summer. All I can think about this time of year is getting off work so I can hide under an in pool umbrella and sit in the cool water. In Phoenix, we don’t like to be outside too much because it is SO stinkin hot!! And because it only gets down to about 95 or so at night, I wait until fall to check out the stars at night! Great summer ideas you will enjoy in the slightly cooler weather of KY! 🙂
