Beauty For the Heart~~Today I’m picking up a sweet young lady from the Refuge for Women. She’ll be spending the weekend with us. We have very different backgrounds. But I’m so thankful that God has connected our paths.

God has blessed Wayne and I with a home and we always want to use it for God’s glory. We want friends, family and strangers to feel welcome in our home.

I want our home to be a place where people feel comfortable. It doesn’t have to be perfect or spotless (I’ve learned this over time). It just needs to be a place where grace abounds.

I have this saying hanging in my laundry room because I want this to be our family’s motto:

Praying our homes are filled with God’s love and grace!!
