Favorite “Pins” Friday-Spring Fashion

Favorite pins Friday

Today is Favorite “Pins” Friday and since I can’t wear spring clothes yet, I thought I’d share some spring fashion that I love. Warmer weather has to come soon!

How cute it this white dress with the yellow cardigan and mint bubble necklace? Love the whole outfit!

You know I love a white collared shirt! It goes perfectly with green pants and floral flats.

Here’s an outfit with a denim jacket. Perfect if the weather is a little cool! (There was no link to this picture.)

Several of these pieces I already have like a chambray shirt, denim jacket, white t-shirt, and white collared shirt. All I need to do is start adding some color in accessories, pants, skirts etc.

Which outfit is your favorite? Are you ready to start adding color this spring?

  1. Cyndi, Hi I also just discovered you while searching for makeup to for women over 40, I would like to share a great website for inexpensive handbags that look like designer handbags. The name is Handbag Heaven. I refuse to spend $100s of dollars on a handbag but dont like the look of some of cheaper department stores. Just wanted to pass that on to you and your followers.

  2. I think tangerine pants, assuming they’re twill or denim, would cute with a chambray shirt and a white tank. And gold accessories. 🙂

  3. Oh my, cyndi. I discovered your blog about a month ago. I’m addicted. My kids tease me. I love your hair, style, story -everything. I’m over 40 and always struggling with what to wear. Again. Want style but don’t want to look old, don’t want to copy my daughters. Same as you’ve described before……so glad I found you.

At the risk of sounding weird, I will just say that I can’t WAIT till warmer weather hits New York. This time of year gets so long for us here. I love all the colors of the spring season and am just dying to wear them. For now I’m back to sweaters and boots. Snow and wind here. Ugh!

  4. The 1st outfit is my favorite! I want that white dress…. and the brown legs in the 2nd picture 🙂 haha. have been praying for you Cyndi. I just was over at Traci’s blog a couple days ago and did not realize I have actually been praying for her! love you guys!! Remembering your auntie too!!

  5. Hi Cyndi.

Great post! Although I do not wear skirts or dresses, I love the outfit with the denim shirt and skirt! She looks amazing. I would totally wear the green skinny pants though…maybe even with a denim shirt instead of a white shirt. White doesn’t look good on me. I love, love, love skinny jeans. I’m thinking about getting a pair of Madewell’s ankle skinnies…

    Have a great weekend.

  6. Hi Cyndi, Hard to choose, they are all so cute and ready for Spring! After looking through them more than once, I have to say that the chambray skirt and skirt are my faves. Like you, I love the choose AND the handbag AND the belt! Even though the skirt looks a bit dressy, I think with a change of shoes and bag this look could be carried off a bit more casually as well. Blessings!

  7. I have the perfect skirt for the third grouping and I just bought a new white “T” at this adorable boutique in our town. Sweetest Christian young lady is the owner and you can just tell that God is blessing her business. There is ALWAYS someone in there. I love to buy stuff from her. Friday is “Free CupCake Friday.” So, that means I’m always in there on that day. Actually she’s holding a pair of pants for me today. Shhh. Don’t tell. If you’re ever in Winston Salem you should check her out. Mococreations. You can find her on FB.

  8. All the outfits are gorgeous, however my comfort level would definitely be the bottom two. Love that I already have many of the pieces. Thanks for sharing!!

  9. You are such a good influence on me. Yesterday I said I don’t think I can do colored pants, today I’m wondering where I can find some green pants! I love that entire grouping. The bottom group with the yellow skirt is also intriguing. I haven’t worn a skirt in 20 years, but I just had my varicose veins removed and am looking forward to nicer looking legs. Thanks for the inspiration.

  10. Hi there! Those cute green pants reminded me that I bought a pair of tangerine pants with a great button down shirt that was tangerine and white. I wore it yesterday and felt like an orange. What can I do to make me not feel like an orange??? ha!
