I’m finally home! If you follow me on twitter or Instagram, you know the last few days my husband and I were in Chicago. I was so excited to try some Chicago pizza, and it did not disappoint! Oh my, it was delicious!
We had a blast and I’ll share more about my trip this week. But as much fun as we had, it was so good to come home. There’s something about coming home! It’s my safe place.
I love my home, but there’s another home I long for. A place I know I belong. A place without mourning, a place without pain and a place without death.

Good morning! My husband and I have had a blast celebrating our anniversary away from home this weekend but going home will be wonderful. We both appreciate the life God has given us here on earth. But look forward to being with Him and our loved ones for eternity. Thank you for your inspiring blog on faith and fashion:)
Greatly longing for my heavenly home since my 18 yo son went there 2 1/2 years ago! Can’t wait to hug him, see his smile, see those blues eyes, hear his voice, and walk arm-in-arm again!!

Cyndi you are so right. Going away to a different place is always fun…but coming home always makes home so much more special. And yes I too look forward to my heavenly home! Enjoy being home!
