With warm weather comes sleeveless tops, shorts and summer dresses. I want to have some color so I use self tanners. Today I’ll share my favorite self tanner with you and review a couple of other self tanners.
- I love that it’s a mouse. It glides on easy.
- Has a nice coconut scent.
- Immediate bronzing effect.
- Colors also builds over time.
- Very dark color, almost gives me a “dirty” tan look.
I thought I would love Tanwise but unless you have darker skin or are already somewhat tan, I think this is too dark.
I have olive skin and most tanners work on me but this one looks like I’ve used a self tanner. I will not purchase again.
- Instant sun kissed glow.
- Very natural looking tan, no orange.
- Smells nice.
- I don’t like spraying it on. It comes out very cold! I spray it in the palm of my hand and then rub on my legs and arms.
I love the way this color looks on me, it’s very natural looking. I would possibly buy again.
Although it’s a little more expensive, I think it’s worth it. This gives you a nice tan and it lasts several days. It’s still my favorite!
**I use latex gloves when applying self tanners. If you don’t have gloves it will stain the palm of your hands. Use baking soda after applying and it will remove the stain.
What is your favorite self tanner? I’d love to give it a try!!
Beauty For the Heart~~I’m wondering if you feel anxious or burdened today? Psalm 62:5 reminds us that we can find rest in God. He is our hope!
“Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him.”
Have a blessed day!
