9. White layering tank topI wear a tank top under most of my tops. During the summer I buy cheaper ones because my sunless tanning products stain them, I buy new ones regularly.

  1. HI Cyndi, I’ve been on a glorious two week vacation to Austria and Germany. I love this list of essentials, and I had some version of all of them with me on vacation. I vowed to pack light this time since we would be doing some planes and trains and I just hate lugging a huge suitcase around. It worked out great. Thanks for the list, it’s perfect! Amy

  2. I have most of these, and the ones I wear the most are my maxi dress and white denim jacket. I’m also loving my new kimono. Great list!

  3. I’m a new follower to your blog and I am enjoying it! You mentioned sunless tanner, may I ask what brand you use? And where to buy it? I’m fair skinned and need some help! Thank you!

  4. I love all the styles you jave suggested! I especially like skorts for summer, too. Especially for a casual vibe. I do have a question unrelated to clothing but to home interior. Any idea of websites that sell pineapple decorations, etc for the kitchen? Thanks!

  5. Great list and I’m glad I have them all! Is anyone having trouble commenting on Cyndi’s Blog or is just me? I’ll write a comment and it either freezes up part way through or bumps me out altogether.

  6. I love them all, but I have to say I use my blue jean jacket a lot as a go to if I need a little something. It is very versatile for day to evening on the go. Thank you for sharing you always give me great inspiration both spiritually and fashion wise.

  7. Good morning Cyndi,
Just read Christy’s blog 11 Magnolia Lane. She and her friend Amy are also going to the Haven Conference.
Christy just moved to Pine Hurst NC.
Wish I was going to the conference.

  8. I’m a big fan of knit t-shirt style dresses, especially for weekends. But I’m thinking we all need to invest in rain boots!!!!!!

  9. One of my summer essentials is skirts, either knit or cotton. I also love my maxi skirt & top sets. Oh, we drove through parts of KY from IL to GA this past Monday. We sure saw some beautiful country. Have a great weekend!
