This past winter was a rough winter and I kept thinking I was going to pick up a pair of duck boots (that’s what I call them!). So when I saw these at Rack Room Shoes, I knew I was going to grab them.
I was headed out Saturday to the pumpkin patch with my family, it was cool outside and these boots were perfect for a fall pumpkin patch kind of day.
Bring on the rain and the snow, I’m going to be ready this year! Yay!

Next, I wore these shearling wedge boots with a comfy sweater and skinny pants.
You know I love a heel, especially a wedge heel. Shearling is such a popular trend this year and these wedge heels are a perfect way to add it to your wardrobe. Plus they are comfortable!

On Saturday, I spent time with my family at the pumpkin patch. This picture is my sister, daughter, sister-in-law, and niece.
We could share a lot of stories of the joys we share but also some sorrows. The important thing is we love each other to pieces.

Hi regarding The wedge boots I went to order them and noticed they come only whole sizes. Are you a half or whole size?
I really want them…
I wear a 7 1/2 but since they were whole sizes I ordered size 8. They fit perfect, I couldn’t have worn the size 7.

I love the shearling boots! They are lovely. I also adore the picture with your family. It makes me wish so much that I was closer to my sisters. I miss them so much.

I just bought my first pair of high waist skinny jeans. I wore them with an olive green cargo shirt (Target) to cover my bottom.
My husband said they looked really nice so I went back and bought a second pair (only 19.99).
I wore them with a pair of black wedge heel boots.
I never wear jeans to school ( first grade teacher) but I’m excited to wear these on Friday.

Love the shearling boots, and especially the picture of you all at the pumpkin patch! Thank you for the way you have welcomed AJ into your family! Courtney is indeed an answer to my prayers, as she has brought so much joy into his life and ours. Colt has been a special blessing to us all! I think we have all seen some dark days in the last few years, days when although we know God was working out His plan, I wasn’t sure how I was going to hang on to see it, nothing hurts like seeing your child hurting. So we go to war for our children in prayer, and He has shown Himself strong! And our lives are richer than we knew, and we learn to cherish each moment and each special person, and on Saturday we will celebrate with unbounded joy the love of our children, and the unbounded love of our great God who has brought them and us together!
And for all of you sweet ladies, there is no challenge like trying to dress for a wedding as the mother of the groom when the mother of the bride is this most beautiful person!

I just bought a pair of the exact duck boots! I wore them to a rainy, cold football game on Saturday and they kept my feet warm and dry. I especially love the plaid fabric tongue of the boot, it just adds the right amount of style to them!

Love both the boots you styled and have been considering purchasing a pair of duck boots for myself. In the third picture down, it looks like you have a pair of socks on and they are peeking out of the top of the boots. Correct? I have to wear a pair of socks in my boots all the time and wondered if that is what you did?

Thanks for these great posts. Love the shearling boots. The Lord brought Courtney to mind last week and I was praying for her, and for you.
