  1. It was my husband’s year to work so I went to my parents’ house and then we went to my cousins’ home for Thanksgiving. There were 25 of us. On Friday morning, Dad (83) was our driver. He’d drive up to the store, let Mom and me out, wait at the edge of parking lot facing the door so he could see us (and people watch) and then he’d pick up up and repeat the process. He felt needed and we didn’t have to fight for a parking spot. All three of us had a good time.

I know it’s not the same shopping without your mom but possibly some day you can start a new tradition. Maybe you babysit while Courtney goes shopping or whatever else fits your life. Thank you for blessing us!

  2. I didn’t used to do that much online shopping but now that I follow your blog I see your wearing so many cute things that I need to order. Love your fashion! Thanks for all you do to keep us in style!

  3. It depends on the year and what I am shopping for, such as little children. Not doing as much this year as have to work.

  4. With six kids, I find online shopping a huge time saver this time of year. I can be home shopping, cooking, and playing with kids!

  5. Yes, I do quite a bit of shopping online. Much less stressful that way! I just found your blog last week and I absolutely love it!

  6. Doing more Christmas shopping online every year. Thanks for helping to narrow down choices and introducing new (to me) sites!

  7. Yes, I do. I shop all year online for gifts, some for me 😀 but mostly for others and than I just wait for some special moment to give them or give them asap because can’t wait anymore :D.

  8. Thanks for posting the codes I got some really good deals at Loft and Old Navy . Each year I do more and more shopping on line just can’t do the crowds and lines anymore. Have my eye on some shoes at Nordstroms!

  9. Although my Mom does not join us any longer ( at 91 she says she can’t fight that crowd… lololol) My sisters and I , neice, and daughter still hit the mall…. mostly for fun… laughter… a lot of memory makin’ !!!! BUT…. I do enjoy shopping online as well.. and have already begun!!!! Thanks Cyndi!!!!!

  10. I do most of my shopping on line — it saves so much time …. comparison shopping is easier … and I don’t have to fight the crowds at the shops!

  11. I do at least half of my shopping online ! But I still have to get out in the “hustle and bustle” with the crowds in the malls. Call me crazy but I love it !
    Andrea

  12. I enjoy the fashions for us over 40 but I really look forward to the Beauty for the heart. It’s a feel good for my day. Thanks

  13. I do shop online, although I do most of my shopping in the outlets because we live so close! Thanks for this giveaway!

  14. I’m happy to say that this year I have done all my Christmas shopping online. The delivery man and I are now on a first name basis.

    Happy Holidays.

  15. I love shopping on line!! But i did go out on Black Friday because i was with family and like you, it is about the fellowship and laughter!! Love your heart for Jesus and your family!!

    Peace

  16. Thanks for the list of online codes. I have ordered so much more online this year as did my husband (after my hints 😉 ).

  17. I shopped online and at Nordstrom’s in the mall on Black Friday. They also ordered some of the items I needed and they are being shipped to me! I love that they order online for me if the store is out of my size or color.

  18. Thank you for all the sales links. Love when I see something I like and your links take me right to the place where I can get them. Much appreciated!

  19. I know how you feel about things not being as much without your mom. I haven’t done any of her Christmas cookies since my mom passed (9 years ago in January). I used to love making cookies with her and it just is not the same anymore. Anyway, keep up the great blog; I look forward to you, your thoughts and your clothes every day!

  20. Love your blog!! I do quite a bit of Christmas shopping online — it’s a lot easier than fighting crowds and traffic : )
Hope you and your family have a Happy, Loving Holiday Season – God Bless!!
Thanks for a chance to win : )

  21. I enjoy buying gifts online for the holiday season. I love sitting in my cozy living room with a cup of coffee surrounded by my Christmas tree and my late grandmother’s glass ornaments. The sweet memories of past Christmas’ are what I enjoy the most. I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas! My favorite time of the year!

  22. I actually spend the day shopping in the city (Philadelphia) w/ my family! First time for us and loved spending time w/ my kids and hubby! (And it was a perfect day in Philly – 69 degrees and sunny!)
    Happy Holidays to All!

  23. Last year i did all my shopping for my kids online. Everythjng was delivered to my neighbor across the street for safe keeping. It still ended up stressful because a couple things were NEVER delivered!

  24. I’ve done most of my shopping online this year but I still love to go to the mall to get some inspiration for those few folks that I just can’t figure out!

  25. This year I found that many retailers offered deals equal to those being offered in store and with free shipping ! No need to fight the crowds when you can buy the same thing from the comfort of your own home!

  26. I’m a big fan of online shopping. I never used to be, but I just don’t seem to have time anymore to go to multiple stores.

  27. I just started following you about a month ago. I saw a pin on Pinterest and love the way you combine your faith with style. I look forward to you emails each day. Thanks for your inspiration. Yes, I do much of my shopping online. Have a great weekend.
    🙂

  28. Shopping online is the best way to score a deal. Today I bought a beautiful illustrated version of Harry Potter for my 12 year old nephew. Sure wouldn’t mind a gift card from Nordstrom.

  29. Thanks for the chance to win. Turns out I’ve been watching a vineyard vines baseball hat for my daughter that was not part of the black Friday sale. Appreciate your blog.

  30. So thankful for online shopping! Although I do still love to scoot out into the fray for awhile every Black Friday…feels like Christmas is really here!

  31. Yes, I LOVE shopping online! I would buy everything online if I could! I don’t like crowds and I love to be tucked in my cozy home once it starts getting dark early.

  32. My mom and I both love Nordstrom! I don’t shop online very often, but it definitely beats going shopping in person during the busy holiday season. 🙂

  33. I don’t like to fight crowds at this time of year, so yes I shop online. You have opened my eyes to new places for clothes shopping and beauty products. Thank you for being such a positive inspiration!

  34. Thanks for the suggestion today, this really end helped me get some things for my two DIL. They are going to be so surprised. Big thanks for the fashion advice and taking the time to respond and help guide us along.

  35. I don’t normally buy online, but I did order something for my daughter this year so we didn’t have to fight the crowd at Target. My husband is a mailman and does not like this time of year because of all the parcels. He was late coming home tonight because they are already starting to come in.

  36. I do almost all of my Christmas shopping online! I love the convenience and quiet of shopping from home. The UPS guy is my best friend this time of year!

  37. I do a bit of both. No Black Friday shopping though. Instead I spend time with my three grandsons! Love you and your blog and especially you stand for the Lord. Thanks for the give away !
    Debbie

  38. Cyndi – You are so generous, and I love your genuineness, and fashion shares! Have a wonderful holiday weekend!

  39. I bought a few presents online Wednesday night and on Thursday. I still have a few to fine so they may be found online.

  40. Online shopping is the way to go for me! I don’t have to fight the crowds and I don’t get caught up in buying more than I should just because I see everyone else with carts full. BTW, I love your blog!

  41. I love shopping from the comfort of my own home while eating a turkey sandwich. Nordstrom’s has such a great return policy that it makes shopping on line easier.

  42. I like to do most of my shopping online. I used to go shopping in person years ago when I had to get just that right Christmas toy for a certain price. But now i prefer to shop online.

  43. Cyndi,
You are a class act and I love reading about your love for the Lord. Plus, you have fabulous fashion sense!

  44. Love that you did some early shopping for us and posted some good ideas here! Would love to order some Stella & Dot stuff but not sure how to get the extra 25% off you posted right below their name in your post. Is there a special code?

  45. I rarely shop online BUT this $100 Nordstrom gift card would be a great way to start!!! Thank you for this opportunity!

  46. I really do like shopping online. I can take my time. I can usually find my size. It helps me stay focused on what I’m shopping for instead of being tempted by things I see in the store that I don’t need. I make sure never to pay for shipping so that I’m not paying just to try something on. Most of the retailers I shop with offer free shipping. If not, I wait for a coupon code. It’s convenient for me to return items I don’t want to the actual store. Nordstrom is the best because they offer free shipping both ways!

  47. I do but I also like to go to the mall. I will probably only make one trip out into the mall. Will do the majority of my shopping on line.

  48. Thanks for mixing faith with fashion. I want Christ to inhabit every area of my life. I do like online shopping, especially when the crowds are crazy.

  49. I actually do all of my shopping online. I live in a small town and we don’t have many stores to shop at. I also have anxiety so the crowds stress me out a bit too much!

  50. Yes, I generally shop online for Christmas, but this year I’m committed to ratcheting the shopping back…way back. We have downsized it in years past and continue that trajectory this year. Christmas has become much more meaningful and much less stressful.

  51. I’ve done more on-line shopping this year and do plan to continue for Christmas. I actually started when I began following your blog, so you were my inspiration. Thank you sharing stories about your mom, as I also lost my mother a few years ago and miss my shopping partner too.

  52. Love Black Friday shopping with my mom, sisters, and niece, and will finish up on line from now til Christmas. And I LOVE your blog!

  53. I do about 90% of my Christmas shopping online. My office is really busy this time of year and it is hard to get away to go shopping . I live out in the sticks and the nearest mall is 2 1/2 hours away.

  54. Hit “post” too soon. Anyway, yes, most of my shopping happens online – I avoid crowds and traffic at all costs.

  55. I prefer to shop online! The only close stores to me are a mini Walmart and a Target, so I find it easier to order on their websites than tolerating the crowds.

  56. Thanks so much for putting all of this together! I love to shop online, I do as much as possible at the holidays. So much easier to have it arrive at my door (usually in the right size box!) and then just check it and get it wrapped and under the tree 🙂

    Have a blessed day!

  57. I haven’t yet, but probably will if I win this! Thanks for the chance. (P.s. I miss shopping with my mom too. She was the BEST shopper, but mainly it was just so much fun.)

  58. I usually LOVE to go Black Friday shopping. However, this year, we are experiencing a horrible ice storm. It’s not worth it. I’m shopping from the couch today. Thanks for posting so many sales for today. I’m keeping fingers crossed to win your giveaway!

  59. I appreciate how holiday traditions feel different after the loss of a loved one, Cyndi. I felt the same way after I lost my mom. Here’s to making new traditions with the next generations! XO

  60. Hi Cyndi 🙂 I prefer shopping the old-fashioned way – love to see decorations and see & feel what I’m buying in real life!

  61. I shop online frequently because my back won’t allow me to hit the stores the way I used to. Plus, I require tall sizes which are usually only available online. Either way it works for me!

  62. Cyndi, I am thankful that I came across your blog last year. I look forward to hearing about your latest fashion suggestions and all of your heartfelt words. I’m thankful for you everyday!! 🙂

  63. Thank you, Cyndi! May all of us be blessed, have a wonderful holiday!! I have already spent all my Christmas money, oh dear!

  64. You are such a sweet and beautiful example to so many. I love that we have been able to stay connected through social media. A late Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family! Looking forward to doing a little shopping from home today. IN the comfort of my own home 🙂

  65. Love your blog! It is so very helpful with all of your great fashion sense and ideas… Thanks for the opportunity to win the gift card!

  66. I do enjoy getting out some, mostly to watch the crowd, but on line shopping makes gift purchasing really easy. Almost too easy. Merry Christmas!

  67. Thanks for the deals and the giveaway Cyndi! Love your blog–thanks for helping those of us who are a little older with fashion inspiration!

  68. Thank you Cyndi for all that you do for women everywhere. Look forward to your posts and appreciate all the good deals you’ve passed our way. Enjoy your day.

  69. I love your blog! I am loving the “shop at home” this year! Thanks for the chance at this great giveaway! Merry Christmas!

  70. Except for shopping local as much as possible; shopping online is the way to go! I avoid the mall atmosphere as much as possible!
Thanks for doing the homework for us! 🙂

  71. Online shopping has made it so much easier when I’m shopping for a specific item so I definitely use it. Thanks for this great roundup of sales!

  72. Your blog is one that I enjoy each day! Thanks for your time.
I have become a huge net shopper. The crowds are not as friendly as they once were, gas prices were high for a few years and then there is the time saved by opening numerous tabs vs running from one store to the next.

  73. Thanks for your great blog. I wish there were more blogs like yours, pretty, understated, casual, practical, and you also empower women in their 40s 50s and beyond!

  74. hmm,. I may just have to order those Tory Burch boots. Lol I love to shop online and have a parcel brought to my door days later. So many sites make it easy to return if it doesn’t fit, which is important. I don’t like the crowds of major sale days so
I avoid the mall on those days and head to our main street with it’s unique stores. Thank you for the opportunity to win a gift card from Nordstrom.

  75. I love shopping online for the best deals and discounts. I am usually able to find just what I want without traveling to multiple stores.

  76. Thanks for the online info! Love online shopping and enjoy going out to the stores during the Christmas season when it’s just to browse and hang with my family. I love the decorations, music, and spirit when you’re out and about. I love reading your daily posts. You are an inspiration inside and out. Truly a blessing.

  77. I have done the bulk of my Christmas shopping online since my daughter was born sick and in the nicu in 2000. Once I realized how much less stressful it was I was hooked! Thanks for the great sales roundup!

  78. Cyndi, after reading your post today, for some reason I prayed that Courtney will be blessed with a beautiful lil’ girl this year! in any case, I feel positive 2016 will be full of new blessings for your family. Your mother invested love into her family that is so apparent!
May He be glorified this Christmas!

  79. I do love shopping online any time, but I really rather participate in the small business Saturday shopping. Being a small business owner previously, makes me appreciate the day! jodie

  80. I love shopping online, Cyndi! So easy to comparison shop, put things in your cart, and think about it for a while! This year the deals seem to be extraordinary!

  81. My sister and I used to go shopping every Black Friday, but in the past 5 years or so, it seems like it seems like it’s gone from mildly exciting and a fun outing to absolutely crazy and no fun whatsoever. Or maybe I’m just older now? Either way, I love shopping at home from the comfort of my couch with my comfy blanket and a cup of coffee–heavenly!

  82. Online shopping is the best!! In my pj’s and from the comfort of my home!
My Black Friday is decorating my home for Christmas.

    Blessings!

  83. I enjoy shopping in my P.J.’s and it’s best to do that on-line! I so enjoy the posts and inspirations that I receive from Cyndi, I’m never sure how to accessorize and the posts show how with just the right amount! On line browsing/shopping…. here I come!

  84. Black Friday shopping makes me nervous! I much prefer online or a quiet Tuesday morning when stores open without many shoppers! Thanks for your heart to care for the whole woman – hearts matter – and so many hearts hurt in this season.

  85. Had trouble leaving a comment to enter the raffle so I’ll leave it here. I barely shop anymore. I have 5 relatives and four are teenagers/adults who only want money. So, if I do shop, it’s only online for specialty items. I can only use so many electronics, and it seems if you don’t have little kids and a need for toys that’s what all the hoopla is about. Pass. Happy Friday then, whatever color it is :-).

  86. No getting out and fighting the crowds for me! I do 90% of my shopping online. With so much free shipping during this time, it’s hard not to! Thanks for the sale roundup!

  87. Love your blog and your beauty for the heart. I do love to shop from my house. I prefer to try things so I don’t have to send things back by mail. But yes I love to shop because I like everything.

  88. I did my black Friday shopping from home on my computer this year for the first time. That’s the way to go :-). Thanks for the chance to win the gift card.

  89. Cyndi,
I really enjoy reading your blog and I really appreciate your devotional thoughts everyday. I have never been a big online shopper but have found myself doing more recently because of convenience and items that can only be purchased online. Thanks to you, I recently tried StitchFix and loved it! I actually had someone stop me at a shopping center and ask where I bought my sweater so I got to share Stitch Fix with her also. Thanks so much for writing a blog that is helpful and encouraging.

  90. I have gone shopping on Blavk Fridsy in the past, mostly when my kids were younger and I had to get that one special toy at just the right price. Now I prefer to do most of my shopping online. It is so much more convenient.

  91. Happy Black Friday to you! Thanks for the chance to win. If I win, I’ll use it for some gifties for the people on my Christmas list.

  92. Online shopping is the way to go….especially with my knee injury this year. Hope my mailman doesn’t get too upset with all that he will be delivering to my door this week! Look forward to your posts every morning. You bless me every day!

  93. Thank you for perking up my email stream everyday! Great list of Black Friday steals and deals. Appreciate all that you do:)

  94. Online shopping saves my sanity and my energy! Much more fun decorating the tree when you aren’t exhausted and in a bad mood from others behaving badly – lol!

  95. I tried black Friday shopping once and that did it for me. Why fight the crowds and long lines when you can stay in the comfort of your home and shop? I stay home on black Friday and put some Christmas music on and start my decorating, Usually start shopping on cyber Monday although I have already bought a few things already.

  96. I tried black Friday shopping one time and that did it for me. Why stand in lines and fight crowds when you can sit in the comfort of your home and shop? I put some Christmas music on and start my decorating on that day instead.

  97. Shopping online is so much easier than braving the crowds but not as fun as the giggles and memories we have with our moms. My heart and prayers go out to you. Hugs from Indiana.
    Renee’

  98. Enjoy your posts every day! Do some shopping online but still enjoy going into stores to actually see mdse in person. Thanks for the opportunity to win your gift card!

  99. I didn’t in the past as much but now I’m all about it! 🙂 It’s so easy these days. Have a wonderful holiday season, Cyndi!!!!

  100. I do 90+% of my Christmas and even everyday shopping (excluding food) online! With a full time job and 3 kids it’s a huge timesaver for me. Your blog is the best! It’s the only one I’m subscribed to at the moment and I read it everyday!

  101. Hey Cyndi,
I don’t shop too much online…My tradition is to go shopping with hubby after he goes out at 5 AM with the kids.

I just wanted to say I’m sorry about your mama…I don’t know how long it’s been but maybe you could start a new tradition in her honor. When my mom visits, we always go to Target so I have this deep connection to Target.

You are blessing many women with this blog.
    Hug your family today,
    j

  102. Thank you Cyndi for all the links to the sales and discounts. I used to get up early and go to the Black Friday sales with my daughters when they were still at home, but like you, I just haven’t since they’ve moved away. It’s nice to shop from home! Thank you for all you do!

  103. I have really only just started doing online shopping, but that is probably how I will do a lot of my shopping this year. Just saves so much time! Thank you for your wonderful blog! I love the music videos that you post and the “beauty for the heart”!

  104. Love, love, love your blog. I eagerly await your posts every day. I will be shopping online this year. I hope to have it all finished by Monday!!

  105. I seem to shop online more and more each year. I live 2 hours from the closest city so it really makes my shopping so much easier!

  106. Thank you for making it fun to shop again and being so uplifting. I lost my mother several years and I totally understand why you want to shop at home. I’m doing the same thing. Have a blessed day.

    Donna

  107. No, no shopping for me. Just continuing to enjoy my family visits. Thanks for your continued inspiration, both spiritually and fashion-wise.

  108. I love your blog and look forward to your posts daily! You are such a blessing in my life at this time as I am waiting for knee replacement (Jan, 2016) and I am only 50. With that said I have been down for some time (which is sooo not me) and am shopping strictly online these days. Thank you for all the sale opportunities. However, most importantly, thank you for your Christian inspiration. You are a blessing in my life and many others! God Bless you and your family!

  109. Thanks for compiling the list of deals! I plan to get most of my shopping done online this year. I find it helps me stick to my budget and list since I don’t get sidetracked by the impulse buys!

  110. With three kiddos to haul around wherever I go, I definitely prefer shopping online! And it’s so fun when the packages start rolling in!

  111. Shopping on line is a wonderful opportunity! Thanks for all the wonderful tips you pass on to us Cindy. I’m so glad you have sweet memories of this time with your Mom.

  112. I absolutely shop on line for Christmas! When each child arrived home for Thanksgiving, we sat at the computer and ordered something that they want to have under the tree–and we’re not done yet!

  113. Thank you Cyndi for inspiring me every single day. I not only look forward to your fashions but also your uplifting, inspiring words. You are a beautiful lady, inside and out and I am so thankful that I found your blog. Have a blessed day!

  114. This year I have done more online Christmas shopping than I have any other year and love it!! Stay in my PJs all cozy and still get good deals. Thanks so much for all the great information you pass on. I look forward to it in my in box each day!! I as well have great memories of getting up at 5:00 a.m.(it used to start at that time) and going Black Friday shopping with my Mom. Like you said, not a lot of shopping going on, a lot of laughing and eating. Take care.

  115. Just recently purchased Hunter boots on line from Nordstrom’ s and can’t wait to receive them. Love the free shipping and free returns policy. Love your blog as well.

  116. Love the information you share on your blog. I do most of my shopping online and try to stay out of the stores on Black Friday…too much stress!

  117. I prefer to shop online on Black Friday now too. I love Nordstrom and would love to win that gift card. Thank you for the online sale info. Happy Shopping!

  118. I do most of my shopping on line. I find it so much easier. I love to shop the malls at a relaxed pace, but that is not possible at this time of year.

  119. I follow your blog on FB and get email updates. Especially love fashion for over 40 and appreciate your “beauty for the heart” posts. Thank you Cindy from a like minded over 40 lady!

  120. Could not figure out how to comment on the giveaway link, so thought I’d do it here… I just wanted to say I’m thankful for many things and finding a fashion blog guided byThe Word is one of them! I fell across you by accident one day when deciding (with help from Pinterest, because I seem to have no original ideas anymore) lol anyway when my girls were young they used to love it…especially if we stopped at the home of the (gasp) plain red cup first and got hot chocolate so we could stand in line and talk… Now they are grown and hate crowds and they shop online:( I would still like it but all my friends SLEEP IN…grrrr. Anyway, all that pushing and shoving…I hope I never hurt anyone;) hope you had a blessed thanksgiving and Merry Christmas

  121. I do most of my Christmas shopping online anymore.. usually get better deals that way seems like. :0)

    Have a great weekend!

  122. This year is the first year I did the black Friday shopping with my 14 year old..we hit the stores last night and I hope to make this a tradition with her every year, as we laughed and just chatted away the whole night so I can totally understand how you feel about your mom and your memories of her on your black friday shopping. Thank you for all you do! 🙂

  123. I really haven’t yet – I’ve gone shopping with my girls in the past – but sounds like I should try it though

  124. I love the speed and convenience of shopping on line but somethings must be seen in person so I do shop in store….but try to do that mid-week to avoid crowds! I’m making a lot of presents this year because I actually have time this year. Scarves, hats, quilts, home decor….so much fun and satisfaction to do it myself! Hope your thanksgiving was wonderful!

  125. I’ve never been a Black friday shopper and there’s snow on the ground here so I think I’ll stay in today! Have a wonderful weekend!

  126. I live in the mountains and many times through out the winter our roads are closed to places were we can do shopping. So online shopping is great. In fact I am sitting in front of the fire place, drinking coffee and looking at on line deal. Thank you for this list, praying you have a great day with you family.

  127. I shop online as much as I possibly can. I find that I can get almost all of the same deals I get in stores and I don’t have to deal with the crowds.

  128. I started online shopping once I moved and could no longer shop with my best friend. Store shopping is not the same without her…..

  129. I know you really miss your Mom and the holiday traditions that you shared. You could honor her legacy by starting a new tradition with your wonderful daughter! It is kind of strange to think that WE are stepping into our mothers’ places AND our daughters have become US!

  130. Yes! I prefer shopping online. It removes the stress of crowds and waiting in line. I can stay in my pj’s and relax. Thank you for all of the great links to sales!!

  131. This year I am doing all of my shopping online, I think it will help me stick to my budget and avoid all those impulse buys!

  132. For several years I have been shopping on line. I like it so much better. No lines. No rude people, Drink my coffee and relax, shopping in the comfort of my home 🙂 LOVE IT!

  133. Happy Thanksgiving! Can’t wait to shop today. Thank you Cyndi for all your fashion advice and bible verses, they are much appreciated.

  134. 95% of my shopping is always done online. I love your blog and hope all of your readers have a truly wonderful Christmas season. We lost our best friend last night, our dog of 14 years. Going to be a tough few weeks getting past the loneliness .
I know that sounds trivial for people who have more serious sufferings but she was an angel here on earth and loved unconditionally.

  135. Happy holidays! I accidentally hit post comment on the giveaway section-but posted nothing. Woops! So to answer the question, the more shopping online I can do, the better!!! I know you say fashion over 40 but I’m 38 and I love your outfits. I’ve used several of your suggestions! 😊

  136. Enjoy your posts everyday and your timely words of inspiration. Wishing you and your family many blessings and comfort through the holidays.

  137. I would say about 75% of my shopping is done online. When you live over an hour away from the nearest mall, online shopping becomes a way of life.

  138. I shop online and in stores for Christmas gifts. Both are fun to me. Thanks for your blog Cyndi! You are a blessing both in fashion and in sharing your faith!

  139. Happy Thanksgiving weekend ! Thank you so much for all your advice and tips, not only today, but always. I appreciate and enjoy your daily words and look forward to see the outfits you wear. I’ll be doing most of my shopping online this year!

  140. I do a lot of online shopping– in my jammies with coffee in hand! I’m don’t really look at a lot of blogs but enjoy yours!

  141. I love your blog. You unstick me from my fashion rut. Plus you love Jesus, which is always a great thing. You have a beautiful heart, and I pray for you often.

  142. Thanks for the giveaway! I used to shop Black Friday with my mom too, when I wasn’t working retail. We would always have so much fun. I prefer shopping online these days to avoid the crowds. Someday, I will have that tradition with my daughter.

  143. I have learned great information about clothing here in the last few months. I also enjoy your thoughts on Jesus and the Bible. Thank you!

  144. Thank you for the chance to win the gift card. My favorite skinny jeans are some you styled from Nordstrom! I do not like to shop so I almost always do my shopping online.

  145. I enjoy your blog for the fashion but I also enjoy the inspiration. We can serve our Lord in many ways. As far as online shopping, I order some online, but I still like to shop for the majority of my gifts. I like TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Charming Charlie, and Christopher and Banks. These are my favorite stores.

  146. I love your blog and have been enjoying seeing your winter fashions. Keep up the good work! Thank you for having this give away. I would love to win it! 🙂

  147. I love following your blog and seeing what cute outfits you put together! You have given me so many ideas for myself. And, yes! I prefer to do my shopping online now!!

  148. I love your posts! You are so cute and stylish. I lost my mom five years ago to cancer and miss her as much as you miss your mom. God bless you.

  149. Shopping online has made life at this time of year so much better. I especially love to order from amazon and other stores that aren’t actually in my city. I would love a Nordstrom card!

  150. Once upon a time I LOVED the thrill of the hunt. Now I love being able to visit so many stores I don’t otherwise have access to…in my pajamas with coffee in hand!

  151. So happy I found your blog! I love shopping online from the warmth and comfort of home, then I go meet girlfriends later for lunch on Black Friday!

  152. I so enjoy your posts! I am so sorry about your mom. I know how hard that is! May your days and year ahead be filled with many memories and many more joy-filled moments! God bless you and your family this Christmas season!

  153. Cyndi, I started following you when I saw a picture of you … For your hairstyle. I look every morning for your email to see what you are styling. I like your style… Hair, fashion and blog!!! Many blessings!

  154. I love the convenience of online shopping. I can shop anytime and do not have to brave the crowds. Thanks for your blog and a fun giveaway. I always look forward to your posts.

  155. I shop online and in the stores. I loved to shop with my mom too but she is gone too. I shop with my daughter and we remember Meme with good memories.

  156. I try to do as much online shopping as possible, especially for my children. We always spend Christmas in South Georgia with the family and I just have everything shipped down there.
I so enjoy your posts, hope you had a happy thanksgiving.

  157. Thanks for pulling together all these great deals! I do most of my Christmas shopping online. I find it much less frustrating than fighting grumpy crowds. 🙂

  158. Love your blog. read it daily. Thanks for all your great ideas and outfits. I shop online allot. Happy Holidays.

    Sue

  159. I always do a little of both. I shop online for some things, but I also like to shop in store for things too. Thanks for the giveaway!

  160. I am thankful for you Cyndi, love your fashion advice and your inspiration. I skip Black Friday at the Malls, but I do some online shopping!

  161. I definitely do much of my shopping online. I hate fighting crowds, only to find my item isn’t on the shelf any more.
    Love your blog!

  162. Now that my kids are older, they send me links to things they want which makes shopping a lot easier. I stayed up until midnight and ordered most, leaving a few stocking stuffers to pick up. Now if only my parents and in-laws were as easy.

  163. I shop mostly online too. I work at jewelry store so Christmas is a crazy time. I love your blog. I have to wear something with the color black everyday and would your ideas for that. I can’t wear jeans or colored jeans to work. Thank you for your blog. Happy Thanksgiving!

  164. I look forward to your posts everyday! I’ll be doing my shopping online, I don’t have the patience to find a parking spot much less the crowds inside!

  165. I don’t like the crowds…especially after Thanksgiving so online is the way to go. Hope this isn’t a duplicate – I posted, but didn’t see the entry. Thanks for the chance!

  166. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving! I look forward to your blog and love getting great ideas from you and really enjoy Beauty for the Heart, thank you for the generous give away, have a great day!

  167. I love online shopping!! Doing my Black Friday shopping with a cup of coffee in pjs – only way to go!! May you have a Blessed day!

  168. Most of my shopping is online, as well. Can’t handle the madness of the crowds! I hope you and your family have a blessed holiday season.

  169. I love seeing all your pictures. Even more, I love your posts that encourage us in the Lord. I look forward to these posts. Have a great day!

  170. I tried shopping on Black Friday once and didn’t care for the crowds. I usually stay at home and start decorating for Christmas. Have a great day!

  171. Love shopping from home, then go out and enjoy the holiday season. Your blog gives so many up to date ideas. I started shopping at Glamour Farms (which is 15 minutes away) after viewing your site. Happy Holidays Janna

  172. Oh my goodness! I love Nordstrom! If I won, I would grab my daughter and head to Pittsburgh to the mall there. We don’t have stores like that here where I live in the boonies!

  173. I love this post and plan to do the same thing. It beats shopping at the stores, with all the commotion and confusion. Thanks for this list. I may add some new purchases from it!
