22 Days of Summer Fashion-Weekend Casual Outfit

Hello Friday! Today it’s all about a weekend casual outfit. I love a t-shirt and jeans but this tee has some lace detail that gives it a feminine touch.

22 Days of Summer Fashion-Weekend Casual OutfitI did a front tuck and left the back of the shirt out.

tshirt and jeansSeveral of you have asked about my toe polish, I wear Alpine Snow by OPI on my toes. I shared about my nails here.

I love the lace detail and it’s definitely on trend this summer. The shirt is not tight so I didn’t wear a cami underneath it.

  1. Love this casual look! I was so busy the last couple of days and just read your post this morning. I went to order the cute lace top and they are out of stock! Wow! You make things sell out fast Cyndi! You wear everything well!

    Have a great day!

  2. Cyndi,

I just want to tell you ,I think you are wonderful!! You have given me such great ideas on what to wear,I thank you so very much, Everyday i look forward to seeing what you are styling. You always look great and you are beautiful inside and out.

  3. Very cute!! Yes, those jeans do fit you perfectly. Unfortunately I can’t justify spending $168.- on them though.. Hopefully they give you a BIG discount! 🙂 Love your blog!

  4. Love the shirt. I’m going to order it. So cute and perfect for these hot summer days in the south. Just wondering do you use same sunless tanner on your arms as you mentioned in previous posts? Your tan looks so even and natural. Hope you have a great weekend.

  5. Hi Cyndi! I did not let being out of town next week stop me from ordering the top from Glamour Farms. I’m having it delivered to my SIL’s home because I think it will look very classy with my light grey shorts I’m taking. We are actually staying in Cadez, KY tomorrow night.

The Beauty For the Heart is one of my favorites! I do think Christ should shine through us, especially in our faces.

    Have a blessed weekend!

  6. Hey Cyndi, if you wanna be the cool you’ve got to know it’s not cool to say cool anymore…I think the new words are “sick” and “chill”. For example, I am 50 and my young friends say I am “chill”. By the way, I think your outfit today is “sick”…and that’s a compliment!

    1. Ha!! My nephews use those words too! The problem is if I say my pool is sick and I want to be chill, my readers might not get it. Ha!!
      Blessings,
      cyndi

  7. Ohhh I love this shirt (just went and ordered it). I work with my husband at our automotive repair shop (I work in the front office) so consequently I wear black 99.999999% of the time. I’m TRYING to break out of my shell and you are encouraging me to do so. Also, I have my daughter’s wedding coming up 10/8/16 so yesterday I was all over your blog from April 2012 about your daughter’s wedding. Thank you for all the great advice!!

  8. Cyndi,
You make my day! I love opening up your posts to see what cute outfit you’re going to be wearing each day. But most of all I love your sweet spirit and heart for the Lord. It shines thru in the tasteful clothes and accessories you style as well as the fact that you give away your clothes at the end of the season. Thank you for this wonderful blog and being an encouragement to so many of us. God bless you and your loved ones.

  9. Cindy, you are so very classy.

Cute outfit. Unfortunately my relationship with Glamour Farms has been terminated due to their strange return policies. I find their clothes are really cute but the quality is not the best.

  10. I really like that top. I love what Sharon B. said about you……” And let’s face it – Cyndi could make a brown bag look fabulous”. I agree totally! 🙂

“Classy” is one of my favorite words. I love the definition you shared. Unfortunately, I think that word is forgotten by most people nowadays. But you, my dear, are one “classy” lady.

By the way, one comment mentioned a “girl”. Did I miss something along at the way?

  11. I just bought the $20 sandals at The Loft that Cyndi has been wearing. They are so simple and fun, I can’t wait to wear them. I love the lacey T-shirt, I guess I’ll be getting that too. Thanks so much Cyndi, have a wonderful weekend.

  12. Love the t-shirt and outfit! You are cool (est) without the pool, but so fun to have with your family nearby!
Thankful for you, Cyndi and I am praying for your (whole) family as you add a sweet girl to the mix. I know
you are likely helping with the boys these next several weeks!

  13. That is a CUTE tee! such a great outfit – casual and feminine. Enjoy your weekend – anc I will tell you that I so wish I too had a pool!

  14. Oh my goodness! Those sandals are $139!! I’m a little surprised you would pay that much for sandals. I am wondering, as you need to keep buying clothes, etc for Grace and Beauty, what do you do with all of them? It must cost a fortune, and you must have a huge closet!!

    1. A month or so ago Cyndi indicated that she gives much of her stuff away. Also, I could be wrong, but I would think she is given some of the things/clothes she styles from vendors who want their goods displayed. And let’s face it – Cyndi could make a brown bag look fabulous 🙂 so that’s a win-win for any business looking for advertisement.

    2. Shari I have said many many times that I give all my clothes away. My blog is a business and as a business I purchase clothes at different price points or I’m given clothes to style at different price points. Yesterday I styled sandals for $20.
My closet isn’t huge because I typically give a lot away at the end of each season.
      Hope that helps!
      Cyndi

  15. Thanks for the info on the nail polish! Darling outfit. Those jeans fit you perfectly! Enjoy time with your family. I love having adult children!
