Fall Workwear Challenge

Happy hump day! I can’t believe tomorrow is September 1st! Our weather is cooperating and going to be in the 70’s for a couple of days. I think I’m ready to put out my mums and some pumpkins!

Now that we are headed into fall, I have several things going on and I want to share them with you. First, Jo-Lynne and I begin our 26 days of Fall Fashion tomorrow.

We will both be styling an outfit a day (except Sundays) during the month of September.

Fall Workwear Challenge

Next, I am doing a fall workwear challenge and it launches next Tuesday, September 6th. My spring workwear challenge went well so I thought I would do one for fall.

Here’s what a few of the ladies said about the spring challenge:

**After struggling with what to wear to work since the challenge ended, let me say that I loved, loved, LOVED this challenge.  I loved the colors of the challenge!  I really loved the recommendations for pieces you had, and all accessories.  I would love to see a challenge for each season if you’re up for that!

**This challenge was so much fun and a learning experience for me. I loved having pre styled outfits to wear without the hassle of trying to think what to wear in the morning. I also loved the ability to mix and match the capsule wardrobe. A fall challenge would be wonderful. I also enjoy seeing your outfits. Thank you for the inspirational Bible verses, it really made my day.

**I really enjoyed the challenge and it helped me freshen up my closet and my look. Each day I have received compliments in the office, which has been a welcome change. I am very interested in a Fall Challenge. Thank you for all the wonderful Bible Verses as well. I have taken each one with me throughout my day to meditate on.

Here is what you get with the Fall Workwear Challenge:

  • Access to my private facebook group (You will meet lots of sweet women who encourage each other.)
  • Weekly gift card giveaway
  • Daily emails with an outfit
  • Daily bible verse

Fall Workwear ChallengeThe cost of the fall workwear challenge is $39. On September 6th we will open the challenge and you will receive the first 7 days of outfits plus a shopping list with all the items to be styled over a 3 week period.

Here is an example of an outfit for the Fall Workwear Challenge.

Fall Workwear ChallengeYou have 2 weeks to gather the items. You can shop your closet, shop discount stores, or purchase from the links I provide. I will have several options of where to purchase the items and I will also provide plus size options.

You will get your first email with the outfit for Day 1 on September 18th (the night before the first day). You will have 3 weeks of outfits.

There you go, it’s going to be a stylish month and I hope you will join me! Do you have any questions about the style challenge?

I’m so honored that you have taken time out of your day to stop by my blog. If you don’t want to miss a post, you can sign up to receive my daily emails and you’ll never miss a thing. I’m also on FacebookPinterest and my favorite one, Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. 1 Thessalonians 5:5

I love this verse in Thessalonians. As christians we are to be light in a dark world. We are not to be a part of darkness. Today, let your light shine!

Have a blessed day!

    1. Hi Sharon, You’ll be able to sign up next Tuesday. I’ll make sure I share it on my blog so you’ll know where to sign up.
      Thanks!
      Cyndi

  4. I’m 27 and work in an elementary school as a counselor. I LOVE your style and am constantly looking for ideas to freshen up my work wardrobe. Your style seems to mesh very well with mine and what’s in my closet already but I’m always looking for ways to mix and match my current wardrobe 🙂 I don’t have Facebook (I’m on a social media break..temporarily…but maybe forever;) I’m sort of loving being off of it!) but I’d still love to see the outfits. Do you think you could pin the outfits or post a blog post about the outfits once the challenge is finished?

    1. Hi Annie! You’re so sweet and I’m glad my style works for someone your age. I totally understand the facebook break. I can eventually pin the outfits but it would probably be later in the season. Since the women pay for the challenge, I can’t share those outfits on my blog. I hope that makes sense.
I hope your school year is going good!

  5. I just found your blog and love it!!! I love all your styles and everything you post including the bible verses. So refreshing and an inspiration to read them. 🙂 I am anxious for the fall-workwear-challenge. Cannot wait to see the exciting things you will be posting.

  6. Sounds like fun. After the two weeks or when we have our items put together, how do we participate in the challenge? Do we post a picture? And what happens once we do so?

    1. Hi Cheri,
Yes, you post pictures in my private facebook group. It’s not mandatory but it’s fun to do. Plus you get outfit ideas from other women.
      Hope that helps!

  7. Love the workwear challenge. My only issue is that it’s still HOT in Alabama and I never can wear the outfits during the time they are scheduled! Wish you could wait until October to start.

    1. Hi Beverly, It won’t actually start wearing the clothes until September 19th. And you can substitute short sleeve tops if that works better.
      Cyndi

  8. Good morning,
Hope your morning is great. A little crazy here but things are great. I must have missed something because I dont see a place to sign up for the challenge. I would liek to join it this time. I missed out on the last one.
    Thank you

    1. Hey Barbara, You will be able to join my challenge next Tuesday and I will announce it on my blog so you’ll know exactly where to sign up.
      Blessings,
      Cyndi

  9. Good Morning Cyndi! I can’t seem to find the post about your favorite Joe jeans. I’m wanting an ankle length…is yours the “Honey” curved fit? Thank you!

    1. Yes those are the ones that are ankle length. I have another pair that are shorter but with fall coming I think the Honey curvy fit would be the best to order.
      Hope that helps!
      Cyndi

  10. Hi , Cyndi. Love the fall workwear challenge. Where to I pay for it? I would love to be apart. Happy Labor Day!!!

    1. Hey Catherine, You will be able to join my challenge next Tuesday and I will announce it on my blog so you’ll know exactly where to sign up.
      Blessings,
      Cyndi

  11. I can’t wait for your 26 days of fall fashion. I always get a kick out of the way the outfits look so much
nicer on you and the way you style each outfit! when I link the outfit, I wouldn’t have bought most of clothes
until I see you in them. You truly have a gift of fashion! Have a beautiful day cyndi and thank you!!!

  12. Did I miss where you sign up for the fall workwear challenge and what do you mean by “having 2 weeks to gather your items?” Thank you so much!

    1. Hi Cindy, You will be able to join my challenge next Tuesday and I will announce it on my blog so you’ll know exactly where to sign up.
I am showing you the clothes (like a capsule wardrobe) that we will be styling over a 3 week period. So you have 2 weeks to shop your closet for those items or purchase them if you want to participate. I hope that makes sense!
      Blessings,
      Cyndi

  13. I am so excited to see all that you style for fall. It’s my favorite season. Could you share what hairspray or other products you use to keep your hair in place ? Your hair always looks so pretty. Thank you.

  14. Just wanted to let you know that I found some darling olive green booties at Payless Shoe Store yesterday, which perfectly match the Old Navy jacket you’ll be styling. The booties were a budget friendly $35. The heel on them is only 1.25 inches, which is great for those of us who can no longer wear higher heeled shoes.
I can’t wait to see your fall outfits!

  15. Question about the challenge:

Does the statement below mean I purchase (put together) one of the outfits and post it somewhere? Sorry–I missed the details of the summer challenge.

“You have 2 weeks to gather the items. You can shop your closet, shop discount stores, or purchase from the links I provide. I will have several options of where to purchase the items and I will also provide plus size options.”

I love all your ideas and styles—I feel like my closet is “younger” somehow! 🙂 Thank you also for your encouragement. I’m reading Everyday Peace and it is another type of “challenge” for me to learn how to walk in His peace….every….moment—it is truly my heart’s desire.

    Thank you so much!

  16. Just love your style! I was thinking about joining the fall work wear group. I am a teacher and was wondering if it was more geared for office wear? I did like the sample outfit and thought it would work for teachers.
