It’s Throwback Thursday so I thought I would share a throwback picture from last year. This was an outfit from my 25 Days of Winter Fashion Series. I was sharing these boots from Payless Shoesource. I am working with them again this year so look for some Holiday style from Payless coming soon!

Jo-Lynne and I will be starting this year’s Winter Fashion Series soon. I can’t wait to get started!

A few more reminders:

  • If you are local, I’m excited to be partnering with Macy’s to share about the World of Vera Bradley event at Fayette Mall in Lexington, Ky. I will be there on November 4th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for a meet-and-greet and I’ll share my favorite Vera Bradley styles. Enjoy music and treats, while shopping the latest VB styles. I would love to meet you!

I know some of you are having some warm weather but are you ready to see some winter fashion?

Beauty For the Heart~~Somebody should tell us, right at the start of our lives, that we are dying. Then we might live life to the limit, every minute of every day. Do it, I say! Whatever you want to do, do it now! There are only so many tomorrows. -Pope Paul VI

  1. Thank you for posting the Nordstrom sale! I love the flat boots, and am wanting to try a pair with skinny jeans. I would love to feel some fall temperatures. I am currently in Phoenix, but heading back to Colorado (home) in about 10 days. I’m sure it will feel like fall when I get there. Thank you for doing all of the hard work for us. Especially when I am not a fashionista.

  2. Love your Beauty from the Heart today from Pope Paul VI…I choose to live every moment, in the moment as fully as possible. Thanks for sharing this!
And thanks for the sales you put up today! I have been searching and searching for a wrap just like the fringed/textured wrap (and scarf) from Nordstrom. I clicked right on the link and purchased it before it could sell out. Don’t know what I would do without your posts everyday- a word for my heart and inspiration for my fashion-impaired self! Bless you <3

  3. This quote from Pope Paul VI rings true to me. 2 weeks ago I was involved in head on collision. I thank God and my Guardian Angel for protecting me. People who saw my car say it’s a miracle I’m here. I have a broken rib and bruising and still sore, but grateful to be alive and living my life minute by minute because it can end in an instant. I do not have a vehicle yet and thankful for family getting me places. Love your beauty of the heart messages and clothes styles.

    1. I have received my second box and have kept everything from both boxes! Some pieces I wasn’t crazy about but if I sent them back I wouldn’t get the discount and then The styling fee. They ended up being favorite pieces due to how well they went with other items, how they looked and how they felt. I don’t get a box every month but every couple of months and don’t spend that much ($200-150). I think I’ll ask for some tops and no pants (if I can) and maybe lower the cost of the box and get another sooner.

    1. I was about to ask the very same question! I had so much fun with the Fall Challenge. I certainly hope so!

      1. It’s winter in most parts long before January and many items may be sold out in the Boxing Day sales. Would it be possible to do it in December Cyndi?

  4. Great price on that bucket bag! May need to check that one out! Just can’t bring myself to distressed jeans! Working in a high school, that’s all I see! I’m not 16 anymore!

  5. Wow, that quote from Pope Paul VI hits the nail on the head, doesn’t it?? AND, I already had plans to shop to Nordstroms tonight for their Fall sale…looking forward to buying some Christmas gifts! Hope you get your car back ASAP…I would be going crazy by now! Wish I could attend your Meet and Greet with VB, but I live 500 miles away!
