Today I’m teaming up with the ladies at Take Time for Style to share some New Year’s Eve Outfit Inspiration. Kristin and Megan have a casual look and I’m styling an Eliza J fit and flare dress for a dressier look.
I’m a huge fan of Eliza J dresses. They seem to fit me well and I’m always pleased with the quality.
The fit and flare style is very feminine. Something about this style reminds me of the Scarlett O’Hara era. I just need a corset to tighten my waist. Haha!
The cold-shoulder cutouts bring a contemporary feel which makes it a not-so-boring little black dress.
This dress also has an exposed back-zip closure. Another cute detail!
Since I was styling this for New Year’s Eve, I added some fun black pantyhose to the outfit.
A statement necklace is fun to add to an outfit. This statement necklace is from the Loft but unfortunately it’s sold out online.
