RewardStyle Conference Recap

I am back from The rewardStyle Conference in Dallas, Texas! I flew home yesterday and thankfully I had an uneventful flight. Those are always the best!

I thought you might want to see some of my pictures from the conference (some I shared on Instastories). I met so many influencers and I think you’ll know some of them.

This conference is an invite-only conference and I feel honored to be invited. This was my third year attending but it was the first year they hosted it at The Crescent Hotel in downtown Dallas. It was a beautiful hotel!

On Saturday I had brand meetings and I wore this dress from Dillard’s. It was comfortable and perfect for all day meetings.

The first night we were there, they had a pool party. The sun was shining so bright I didn’t take a lot of pictures but I did snap this one with Kathy, The Middle Page, and Brooke from KB Styled.

My daughter told me about KB Styled and I have been following her blog for about  6 months. She also does the FASTer Way to Fat Loss bootcamp. Both of these ladies are precious!

RewardStyle Conference RecapIt won’t surprise you all that Jo-Lynne and I hung out the entire three days of the conference. She is a dear friend and I’m so thankful we are able to work together.

RewardStyle Conference RecapI have followed these two ladies forever!! I love them both and they are exactly how you would expect them to be in person…sweet!! I was so glad to finally meet them.

Audrey blogs at Putting Me Together and Kilee blogs at One Little Mama.

RewardStyle Conference RecapOkay this picture was way to close! But I was thrilled to meet Angie at Hot and Flashy. She is beautiful!

RewardStyle Conference RecapI snapped this picture of the dress I wore to the Friday evening party. I love the bright colors and I wore my Target block heels. We didn’t stay very long because we were hungry. We changed and went out for Mexican food!

Jo-Lynne and I spent quite a bit of time with Carly (More Pieces Of Me) and Lindsey (The Mother ChicThe Mother Chic). They were so fun!

RewardStyle Conference RecapThe final night they had a black tie optional party. I decided to not splurge on a new dress and wore my red cold shoulder dress that’s under $40! It was perfect for the event because the weather turned cool and the dress is long sleeve.

Grabbed a quick pic with Kilee.

RewardStyle Conference RecapThese ladies are a hoot!! I had so much fun spending some time with them and brainstorming about the business of blogging. I’m not sure why Megan from Honey We’re Home is not in this picture but she’s adorable!

RewardStyle Conference RecapI was thrilled to talk with Colleen Rothshchild and her husband. They are both so nice!!

RewardStyle Conference RecapLastly, I was blessed to chat with these sweet home/lifestyle bloggers. RewardStyle is not just for style bloggers but home bloggers too. If you are looking for home style inspiration you are going to want to follow these ladies. They are all amazing and beautiful!!!

RewardStyle Conference RecapBefore I left Erin and I snapped one last picture. Erin is adorable and I absolutely love her home and fashion style. She has a beautiful craftsmen style home (I have a craftsmen style home too) and I have bought so many things from her blog. 🙂

RewardStyle Conference RecapThe best part of the whole trip was coming home to this man. He is so supportive of my dreams and my business and we are both excited to see what God has in store for Grace and Beauty. We pray more than anything we honor Him with this platform He has given us.

ONE LAST THING! It’s not too late to join my Spring Style Challenge. We have so many ladies already signed up and this is going to be fun! Go here to sign up today!

Thank you for taking time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m on FacebookPinterest and my favorite one, Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~As I was thinking about honoring God, this verse came to my mind. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Colossians 3:17

Whatever we have planned today, let’s honor Him.

Have a blessed day!

  4. I love the blue and white striped top too with navy embroidery. I would like to know where you got it and what size you got. All the outfits you chose for the conference were cute! Enjoy reading your blog everyday.

  5. What a wonderful post! Can’t wait to look at all of these links! It is so inspiring to see the fashion, the home décor and the different personalities in each of the blogs! Thanks for sharing your journey!

  6. So glad you made it home safely and had a good time. Your pics are great and I have to say that normally women stay away from horizontal strips but you look amazing in that dress. Can’t wait for you to share your weight loss
plan…because I see the difference. You look in great shape and nice and toned.

  7. I love the picture of you and Erin! You’re my favorite fashion blogger and she is my favorite home blogger!

  8. Cyndi,
I haven’t written in ages mostly b/c I’m usually playing catchup when reading your posts! I loved reading about your trip. And one of the first things I saw was a beautiful (really cheap!) animal print scarf that will match a pretty beigh top I recently purchased that needed a little oomph!
Thanks so much for being an inspiration to women everywhere. In a world that can truly wear a body down, may the Lord continue to give you a spirit that soars.

  9. Cyndi…..Loved seeing all the photos and sharing other bloggers with us! I have signed up with almost ALL of them!! It looks like y’all had an awesome time in Dallas.

    Blessings,
    Holly

  12. Cydni….What a fun post. I loved hearing (and seeing) all about your trip. Its looked like so much fun and I loved all the outfits you choose to wear. I love the striped dress. So bright and pretty for a sunny afternoon. You looked great. I loved how you shared the links to all the bloggers. It will be fun to check them out. I have only followed you, JoLynne and your sister and daughter, so its all new to me. I’m excited to add some new bloggers to read. They all look like great ladies and a fun community for you to hang with. Thanks for sharing.

  13. Looks like a fun girls weekend. It’s funny how you feel like you really know other women just through reading their blogs I’m sure it’s so fun to put a voice with the blogger. Happy Monday Cyndi!

  14. Thank you so much for highlighting other “real” bloggers! (and including links so we can follow!!) It’s great to see you all looking so pretty.

  15. So happy you are home safe. Flying can be frightening. Take Jesus along and the fear goes unless you decide to invite it back. I was excited to see Cassie from Hey Sugarplum in your group. She is a hoot and talented as well. Of course Jo Lynne is darling as always. We are studying about coming unglued with emotional challenges in our Bible study. One of the quotes from Lysa Terkeurst is”we can’t always fix our circumstances, but we can fix our minds on God”.( I hope it is alright that I gave her name.) Your clothes were beautiful I loved the striped dress. God’s blessings to you and Wayne as your future folds out for you. K

  16. What a fun time! Thanks for sharing! Do you know any fashion bloggers over 60 that I could subscribe to? Thanks.

  17. Welcome Back !! Glad you had a great trip with your friends & meeting new people, that is always so rewarding to make a new friend. Thank You !! for sharing pics, I love that part of your trips. I Loved all your outfit, you looked beautiful !!!

  18. Welcome home Cyndi! Loved seeing some of the ladies you were with at the conference and what you wore. The striped dress is fabulous! Larry was admitted on the Bone Marrow Transplant floor at Emory Hospital yesterday, had a mega dose of chemo last night, today is his day of rest, then tomorrow he will have the autologous stem cell transplant done. When we ask Jesus to come into our life as Lord and Savior, we are born again. Tomorrow Larry’s body is going to get a new start when they put his good stem cells back in, putting the multiple myeloma at rest for awhile.

    Have a blessed day!

    1. Hi Ginger…..When I read your post, ,my heart went out to you and want to let you know I just sat down to read Cyndi’s blog and then do my praying. I’ve been telling myself each morning, I need to pray and be in God’s word BEFORE looking at what Cyndi posted, but she’s so much fun, I sometimes do her first. Ha Ha. 🙂 But, all of that to say, I’m glad I read her blog first and saw your post about your husband. I now will add him and you to my prayer time. 🙂 I pray for his healing and comfort. My sister-in-law just went through a stem cell surgery. She has arachnoditis, which is a VERY painful disease and no cure, but they’ve found with this new stem cell treatment, people are finding some relief and able to live a little more pain free. Its not covered by insurance and very expensive, but through a friend of hers, a “go fund me” account was set up and thousands of dollars from friends and family were raised. My brother and my sister-in-law feel so blessed after many years of trials and pain. She’s doing a little better and seeing slow improvement. I see their faith is growing, which is what I prayed through all this hardship. I’m glad you and Larry know the Lord. Blessings for your day.

  19. You look absolutely fabulous in every pic and I can see what a great time you had. Thanks for sharing with us and glad you are back home safe and sound with your sweet hubby 🙂

I just purchased shoes like yours at a local shoe store, and have a feeling they will be great for the Spring, Summer season ( We are just getting into that weather now…slowly but surely.. where I am ). Looks like you had an awesome time. Looking forward to more outfit ideas, as I’m in the process of wardrobe switching for the seasons and have been updating just a few(LOL) items of clothing ha !!
Have a wonderful Day and God Bless

  22. Love your outfits! Where did you get that black and white striped sweater?? I decided to give Amanda Tress’s plan a go and it looks like we are in the same group! Looking forward to getting to know everyone and starting the plan!
