Happy Tuesday! Today I’ve got a Dressing Room Try-On from Old Navy. Old Navy is a hit or miss with me, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at all the cute pieces I found.
First up, I did purchase this wrap front top with the black/white gingham pixie pant. I love red and black, and if I worked outside the home, this would be a workwear outfit for me.
This top comes in several different colors, and I love that it has a snap closure to keep the v-neck from flapping open.

Okay, let’s get started with all my try-ons! My earrings are from Target. My sandals are from Rack Room Shoes, and they may be my favorite sandal for summer (that’s saying a lot because I have quite a few!). Bracelet can be found HERE.
First up, ruffle-sleeve top and a pair of jeans. I have shared with you before that light wash jeans are trending for spring and summer and these jeans are under $30! The jeans came home with me!

Pinstripes are a classic look, and this blouse would be pretty with white jeans or shorts.

I’m a sucker for a red top, and this one is adorable!! It looked so cute with these light wash jeans. I did a front tuck here.
I left it out here, and it looks good both ways.

If you’re headed on vacation, this dress would be so fun and comfy! I’m wearing an XS and need a small, but I love this pattern.

I would recommend any of these pieces I tried on! They’re affordable and cute!

I ordered the wrap top from Old Navy and it arrived yesterday. I got the navy polka dot one. I read the reviews after I had ordered it and was somewhat dismayed by some of the comments, HOWEVER, I dont agree with them at all. The top you are wearing does not appear boxy at all, and nor does the one that I ordered. In fact, it fits perfectly! i also dont agree with some of the comments re the feeling of the fabric. I like it so much I went back in and ordered another one. So, thank you for the recommendation on this one!
I bought the red floral top and wore it to work and received SOOOOOOOOO many compliments on it! I love it!

I don’t shop much at Old Navy, but when I find something cute, the prices are usually reasonable enough that I can buy several colors.

I agree Cyndi keep god in your life he is what really counts for all of us. We don’t get through this life without trials and it certainly isn’t easy going through the rough ones but we have to remember that Jesus died for our sins and if you believe you will go to heaven. It’s a wonderful feeling to know that no matter what we are battling here on earth we have a much better future ahead. One of my best friends always says, “you will get through this too,” and we always seem too. Enjoy your blog and your devotions keep up the good work.
Today’s For the Heart really resonated with me. My morning was spent running errands and helping out my forgetful kids. Had a nice time with God (He’s stirring my heart toward something new)and Starbucks and still have some time to do a few more tasks before kids come home from school. I have 5 children: 21, 19, 16, 14, and 7(surprise!)

I find Old Navy to be hit and miss as well, but I like the “hits” enough to keep shopping there.

I was just at ON this past Saturday! I got a black and white striped swing dress, with little ruffles at the shoulder and the white denim jacket. I didn’t see a whole lot more because Saturdays that store is B U S Y! lol- I’ll stop in this evening and look around some more-because you really made these look super nice! I’m loving those jeans too!

Usually a hit or miss for me too but just a cute short sleeve black jumpsuit. Love the wedges. Another wonderful BFTH. So often we use, “This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it,” as if it has to do with the weather. I think we need it for all the days when we struggle or are just forgetful about from whom the blessings come.

My daughter loves Old Navy so I go with her & buy her some things & me too! At first I just roamed around until I discovered how great their jeans are and some cute tops too! Jeans go way down in size so fit my petite self & and also got a pea coat one year there on sale. Thanks for posting all your great finds. We need to get there. Right now concentrating on closing on our home in 2 weeks & packing. We are blessed! You look great in all your Old Navy favorites!

I’ve been having the same issue with pictures not pulling up and getting an error message.
I turned my phone off and when I turned it back on it did help a little – still taking a long time to load the content though which never use to happen

Thank you for all the items you tried on but I was having problems with your pics loading. Not all of them came up and they took very long? Maybe something on my end? I loved the red floral top with the sleeves but are the sleeves long or shorter as in your pics they don’t seem to go all the way to your wrist. I am trying to decide if I should order the petite?
I had issues with everything loading slowly today, too. But this Old Navy post has me thinking I should drive into the city this weekend and give them a try again! 🙂

I love those jeans and they look great on you – I prefer mid rise as opposed to high rise. My favourite dresses are the second and third ones – can’t believe that they are from Old Navy….
