It’s Valentines weekend so why not make your family a sweet snack.
My sister-in-law made this a few months ago and I loved it (which is surprising because it’s not chocolate!).
Warning: it’s addicting and it’s hard to stop eating it!
Here’s all you need:
1 bag MIKE-SELLS Popcorn
2 sticks butter
1/4 cup Light Karo syrup
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt butter, syrup and brown sugar on stove (stirring continually) and boil on medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir and pour over popcorn(use large bowl). Turn onto 2 baking sheets and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. Enjoy!!

Have a great weekend!!
Walking in His Grace,
Oh my! That looks soooooo yummy! And yes, I would immediately be addicted! :9
We used to stop at this convience store in Texas called Buckees. Anyway, they sold this yummy snack called “Beaver Nuggets”. I am sooooo excited because this sounds and looks like those yummy beaver nuggets that I didn’t think I would ever taste again! Thanks for sharing! Now…If only I could find Mike-Sells popcorn in Japan. 🙁
Cyndi,
I have been making this for years…I go a step further and drizzle white and dark chocolate on the caramel corn and let it harden…a very addicting munchie! Makes a great gift in a decorative jar…brings big bucks at a silent auction!
Have a blessed day…I enjoy your blog!
Wow! That looks great! I know I would never stop eating it. 🙂
