A few weeks ago I asked you to help me with a sponsorship to BlissDom by taking a nutrition assessment from Centrum.

Thank you for taking the time to help me but unfortunately I didn’t get the sponsorship.

Thankfully, I had already bought my ticket but I was hoping to be reimbursed and win money to help with gas, hotel, food etc.

This will be my 4th blogging conference and having a sponsor would certainly help out (my husband was really hoping I’d win because these conferences don’t fit into our budget!).

My sister is going with me and we are excited about seeing our blogging friends and meeting new blogging friends. (This may sound boring to some of you, but I promise it’s a blast!)

The BlissDom conference is held at the Opryland Hotel and it is huge and we do a lot of walking.

As I’m preparing what to take, and thinking about my outfits, I can’t tell you how important it is to be comfortable (I learned this one the hard way).

The days are long with lots of conferences to attend, standing around talking, and of course, walking.

Here are a few outfits I put together on my polyvore boards that I think would be perfect to wear to BlissDom~

This would be a comfortable outfit. I added a scarf and cute earrings to accessorize.

 

 

I love red and this sweater is perfect! Although I love heels, flats are a must with the amount of walking we will be doing.

 

 

I ordered this pretty bag from Nest of Posies to carry around at the conference. It’ll be great to carry my laptop and camera in all day.

I still have a lot to get done before we leave but I can’t wait!

Traci and I will be  rooming with Myra from My Blessed Life, we looooove her and have been to several conferences with Myra but we’ve never roomed together.

We’re also rooming with Tonya from Love of Family and Home. We have never met Tonya in person but Traci and I both chat with her online all the time. She is adorable and we can’t wait to meet her in person!

Why in the world Traci and I decided to room with two young ladies, we’re not sure. We’ll have to get up two hours before they get up and pack on the eye cream and anti-aging moisturizer before they see us! 🙂
