My Fall Schedule and Some Changes

Good morning! I feel like I need to take a deep breath because the next few months are going to be busy but fun. I have lots of things planned and I want to share my fall schedule and some changes with YOU!

September:

I’m excited to be speaking next weekend at The Bloggy Conference. I’m going to share how we can Leave a Legacy. The internet and social media have allowed us to have opportunities to influence future generations for Christ like never before. Can’t wait to be apart of this conference and I would appreciate your prayers.

Bloggy Conference 2012!

October:

A few of my blogger friends (and they know who they are) have talked me into participating in Nester’s 31 days series that begins October 1st. That means I blog everyday for 31 days! I might have lost my mind.

I will be blogging on 31 days of Fashion & Beauty for Women over 40.

Do you have any questions or ideas on fashion and beauty that you would like to see me write about during this 31 days of blogging? Please let me know!

November:

I’m going to host a Holiday Fashion Week with some other fashion bloggers. I can’t wait to share with you the other bloggers that are participating in this fashion week! We’ll each share an outfit that we’ll be wearing to our holiday get-togethers.

I’m also in the process of making some changes to my blog. I’m always trying to make my blog easy to read and follow and I have some great people working behind the scenes to help make my blog look better. If you have any suggestions, I always love to hear from you.

Thanks for stopping by! I’m thankful for each of you!

  1. Hey girl! Bravo to you for seeking to be such a blessing to women in lots of different ways.

I know that today is the 3rd anniversary of your mom’s graduation to heaven. I’m so sorry for your loss–but how glad I am that your mom left such a legacy! As her oldest daughter and a mother and grandmother yourself, you’re uniquely prepared for what you’re doing now.

    Love you!

  2. Thanks Barbie! I’m going to be looking for things we can do to make us look our best. I think we all want to know how to hide those areas we don’t like. 🙂
    Have a great day!
    Cyndi

  3. Oh Amber thanks so much! I’m glad I’m still relevant for 32 year olds too. 🙂 A lot of things I’ll be talking about will fit any age woman and I’m writing down your questions.
    Thanks for stopping by!
    Cyndi

  4. I am so excited to hear you will be participating in the 31 Day with the Nester! I alway solve your fashion posts. I am in my mid-40’s and need a lot of help as to how to make my frame look thinner 🙂 I will be praying for your bogging conference. How exciting!

  5. Hi Cyndi, I can’t wait for your 31 Days of Fashion for Women Over 40! You always have such great ideas.
Looks like you have a pretty full plate for the next month or so, I pray God’s blessing over you and the wonderfully full plate he’s brought to you.

  6. I’m not over 40 (LOVE this blog and find it applicable to my 32 years 🙂 but I would like to know how to look good on a budget, what are the most essential pieces for my fall wardrobe, what items I should splurge on, how to make skinny jeans look good on a girl that is not 16 🙂 etc. I could go on and on! I adore you. I was telling my mom about your blog today as I was in JCPenny trying on clothes! LOL

  7. awesome! Would love to hear how to address the dreaded “muffin top” and fashion do/don’t for us shortys (5’2″)! No more stilettos for me either 🙂

  8. Wow! You will be busy–don’t wear yourself down too much! All these things you have in the works sound like a lot of fun to see and read about–I am excited. I think the idea of sharing your holiday outfits is a great one, I am looking forward to that. As for the 31 days…I always feel like I need help mixing patterns and making fresh color combinations. I am always interested in making trends work for those of us who are not 19, 6 feet tall and 102 lbs 🙂 And finally, I am always interested in accessorizing–should the necklace and earrings match? If you wear the matching bracelet too is it just too much? I love, love, love scarves so I am always looking for new ways to tie them and how about great resources for all of the above? I will certainly be praying for you as you get going on all this–good luck!
