Happy Wednesday! Today is What I Wore day and I’m wearing some of my items from my latest Stitch Fix. I also snapped a few pictures of my daughter, Courtney.
Before I share my outfits, I wanted to answer a question I get all the time, “Where did you get that artwork in your picture.” The artwork is from a sweet friend, Dee. She has amazing artwork at Red Letter Words. You can check out all of it here.
Now, here’s some What I Wore. This is the sleeveless top I shared with you yesterday. It’s so comfortable!
Sleeveless top–Stitch Fix Jeans-TJ Maxx, Calvin Klein Gold tip shoes-I ordered from ZapposI wore this dress from Stitch Fix to church Sunday. It has a belt but I didn’t like it on me. It was a little chilly Sunday morning so I added my black blazer.
Dress–Stitch Fix Blazer-TJ Maxx Shoes-I don’t rememberCourtney had a cute outfit on so I asked her if I could snap some pictures with my iphone. I loved all the color and the way the sleeveless blouse hung longer in the back.
Turquoise blouse-Marshall’s Coral skinny jeans-Marshall’s Sandals-TargetI love all the color I’m seeing this spring in clothes. What’s your favorite color to wear?
Beauty For the Heart~~“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” Romans 12:2 (NLV)
Have a blessed day!
My favorite color this spring is the beautiful bright coral that is everywhere. And I’m lucky to have a skin tone and hair color that it flatters nicely. Today I wore a 3/4 length sleeve coral v-neck cardigan over a teal t-shirt. The warm but bright jewel tones were stunning together! I paired it with brown slacks and brown loafers.
First, I would like to say that you both are very beautiful… mother & daughter!! I love your daughter’s sheer blouse! So far this spring I have bought about 5 different ones with many tanks of all colors, they seem to be very big in style this year! Also My favorite colors of clothing right now are the CORAL. Macy’s carry the most beautiful floral jeans and I bought them in blues and one in corals, then matched up sheer blouses with them. I have not worn the coral color since I was 18-19 years old. I know they say styles repeat themselves just like the bell bottoms did, now the coral is also repeating over again. I know the model experts decided that the color for this summer is emerald green, but I have yet to find a blouse that I like in that color. There isn’t much to choose from in that color yet in the stores. I guess it still isn’t that popular here in the mid-west, in the state of KY. I do love the emerald color also!!
Susan when you fill out the style page, you can say about how much you want to spend. Most items are between $40 and $100. They send you five items but you don’t get to pick the 5 items.
I hope that helps!
Blessings,
Cyndi
Hey Bonnie, I’m 5″6 and weigh around 135 lbs. I’m typically a size 8.
I hope that helps! Thanks for stopping by!

I like this StitchFix box. I may have missed it, but could you give us an idea of the prices of the items? I’m particularly interested in the black and print dress and the sleeveless top. I’m considering signing up, but want some idea of the costs.
Cyndi! Love that dress on you!!! You look so fresh, classy and sophisticated! Aren’t you glad you kept it? Courtney looks darling in her turquoise and coral. Those 2 colors are favorites for me this Spring and Summer.
the sleeveless blouse? Adorable on you… I see that the sleeve line is up and towards the neck, showing more of your shoulder. I like that look, it may even tempt me to try one on should I find one similar. Be blessed!
Hi! Everything looks so great on you! Just wondering, if it is not too personal, how tall are you and what do you weight? Curious because I have difficulty finding nice things at T. J. Maxx etc. Thanks!
Such a cute mother-daughter duo! Love your dress, Cyndi — one you wouldn’t see on every one else, you know?

Hi Cyndi.
You look beautiful in your new Stitch Fix clothes! 🙂 I love the Ronda dress. I tried to find something like it online, but I cannot find that brand. I’ve had trouble finding other brands online that Stitch Fix offers. I think they may have some exclusive designers on some items. Nonetheless, you make the dress look amazing! Great fix this month! I expect mine to arrive around the 22nd.
how often do you get your stitch box?
Great Spring looks. There are so many colors for Spring it is too hard to choose a favorite…With everything from brights to pastels this season is going to be so much fun for us fashionistas!
Love the dress with the blazer! Super cute!
I was in Indiana last week and all the trees were blooming! I know it is gorgeous down in the hills of KY!
Thanks for being such a style icon for faith filled girls Cyndi! You are beautiful!
That dress looks great on you! Love the V-neck line, that is something that is definitely my style, too. I’m looking for some exercises to tone my arms up. I love wearing sleeveless tops in the summer. In the past year arthritis has become a problem for both shoulders and I haven’t lifted any weights to keep the tone. I know there is some sort of exercise that I can do without causing tremendous pain, I just have to find it! Love those coral skinny jeans Courtney was wearing. I’m crazy about that coral color right now. Enjoy your blog so much. Have a great day!
Krista that post has been on my mind lately. I’m going to do one on how i view modesty and I’ll include daughters too.
Thanks for stopping by,
Cyndi
Yes Beth Ann. I almost always wear a tank. I like Banana Republics tanks and I also have a SNUG camisole that you can order online. They fit well and suck you in a little. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by!

Love your new Stitch Fix clothes. The dress that you weren’t sure about is adorable! You’ll be able to do a lot with it.
You both look too cute!! As a mom with teen daughters, I would love to hear about ways you talked about fashion and modesty with Courtney as she was growing up. My girls both do a pretty good job of choosing appropriate and yet fashionable, cute things to wear. But I know for many moms this can be a challenge! Thanks! Krista
I knew I would love that dress. Beautiful! Do you have a tank on under the sleeveless top? I love them, but find that tracking one down with a good underarm cut is a challenge.
I love your new clothes – that dress does look wonderful on you. I like it better on than not. Looking forward to seeing the polka dot dress too.
