Happy Hump Day! I hope you’re having a great week. Today I’m sharing What I Wore-My Style and it’s all about neutrals.

I’m headed to Chicago today to work with some other style bloggers and the temperature there is going to be cool so I purchased this INC International Concepts Embroidered Car Coat.
Which shoes did you like best with this outfit, the neutral wedge heel or the green wedge heel?
Don’t forget to stop by tomorrow! I’m sharing my 3 steps to covering up my dark circles! If you missed my post yesterday about my dark circles, you can go here.

LOVE the coat, and the pants…..gonna have to check out The Limited to see if they still have the pants. Good job as always!!!
Love neutrals and love white…you look amazing in both too! Love your “pins” !!
Happy Friday to you too !!
I think I like the neutral wedge best, but the other one looks good too. And I love the coat!
I like the neutral better with this particular outfit, but both are cute 😉
I like the neutral wedge shoes best. The coat is great!
I liked the neutral one best. 🙂 Enjoy Chicago!
I love them both, Cyndi — always good to have options! I’m a huge INC fan — the coat rocks!

You look so cute!! Love the tan blouse, is it linen? I think the neutral wedge looks good with your outfit, but it would look good with ANY outfit. That sassy little green strap across your foot just really pops the whole outfit up a notch, I love those shoes, with your red toe nails, how chic!
I have to say the entire outfit with the coat and your jewelry looks very urban chic, you’re sure to be one of the fashionistas on Michigan Avenue!
Hi Cyndi…both pairs of shoes are lovely, but I like the green ones best….and your jewellery is beautiful, too!
Interesting thoughts on here today. I’m joining the anti-ankle strap, but only for those pants. I think they would look great with skinny (or flared) long ones rolled up at the bottom, but still ending at the ankle. It’s the length and width that does the current look in. A coloured pump or sandal would rock the capris.
I’m also loving the gold jewelry and think you could wear that shirt belted. I had always thought you must have a thick waist because you never wore fitted garments…until you sported the wrap dress a while back. You looked great in it.
The coat is Fabulous! I/m sure you’ll get a lot of use out of it. Have fun in the Windy City! CTD
I really love that coat! And I like pants that LOOK like a solid from a distance until you get a little closer, and you see a pattern there. I prefer the neutral shoes to the colored ones! But that’s MY personal style. 🙂
I think the pop of color in the ankle strap shoes is very trendy. I say, “Go for it” I always look forward to your Wed.’s What I Wore!!!
Where did you get the great coat?
I think the the neutral wedge heel looks best. I love the color of the green wedge heel but as others have said it cuts off your ankles and doesn’t look quite right with the pants. Love the coat by the way.
Hi, Cyndi!
I’ve been a blog reader for a few months and am really enjoying it! I”m 48 year old mom with kids ages 3 to 24, so I’m always looking for looks that are current, but age appropriate. I thought I’d chime in here to vote for the neutral shoes. I have the green shoes in a taupe/pewter combo and LOVED them, and had to have them to go with my mother of the groom dress. But when the photos came back, I saw exactly what Trina metioned. They cut off the length of the leg, which wasn’t as flattering or slimming as the look I’m after. Now I’m not sure how to wear them.. Blessings to you!
Hello from Southeast Missouri! It’s beautiful today…sunny and 80! I love the neutral shoes with this outfit!! Can you tell me how long you’ve had the shoes? I’m having trouble finding them and I just HAVE to have them LOL! I look forward to your emails every day. Have a great day!!
Hi Cyndi.
I like the tan wedge heel best, but you look nice with both. Hope your trip to Chicago is fun. 🙂

I’m a fan of the neutral wedges. I need a pair of those!
I love seeing your posts! You are such a beautiful woman, inside and out and an inspiration to us all! I have a personal question, would you ever consider sharing your dress size, or measurements (in private) only because all of the things you wear looks so nice and I am curious how close I am to your size. Thanks!
I love the pop of color in the wedged heels. Love the coat! Hope you have a wonderful day!
Love the neutral wedge heels and I love that you can get such cute stylish shoes from Payless. Thanks for showing the variety of places to find your shopping deals for us bargain hunters! ; ). Have a wonderful trip!
I think the neutral shoe looks best! I love the green wedge heel just not with those pants for same reason Trina mentioned.
Love, love, love that coat! You look awesome! Both shoes look great. You rock both very well.
I think the neutral shoes look best! I love the whole outfit!
Thanks Krista!! That coat was going fast at the mall, I got the last one in my size. FYI, they run a little small. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by,
Cyndi
Thanks Donna!! I think I’m bringing the colder weather!!

I think I like the wedge heel the best too! Thanks for stopping by!
Blessings,
Cyndi
Well, it says 56 degrees on Friday and rain?? Thought I might need it!! 🙂
Blessings,
Cyndi
That coat is completely GONE! I love it! I love color so much and forget that sometimes just going neutral lets the girl/women shine and take center stage. You’ve done that perfectly. Being a color lover, I like the pop of color with the mint shoe. That said, I see what Trina is saying about the ankle strap. Maybe a colorful shoe without a strap? I have those same shoes only in white and black and wondered if the strap was having that effect on me. The neutral shoe works too! They always do:) Thanks Cyndi, for your fun and encouraging blog! Blessings, Krista
I love your style! I like the neutral wedge better than the other but both are cute! I am 2 1/2 hours south of Chicago and it has been beautiful here the last couple of days. Today will be warm but colder weather is on its way! Enjoy the Windy City!
Donna
I like the neutral shoe but I really like the green! Sometimes an unusual color brings it up a notch! Love the top too. Looks comfortable, yet put together!
I just love that eyelet and more feminine things are “back” in fashion!!
And that coat is fantastic!
ps….I prefer the neutral wedge heel, the strap on the green cuts your ankle in half w/ the ankle pants..jmi
Travel safe & have fun 🙂
Trina
Cool today in Chicago? Cindy, I live in Chicago….it was 85 and Sunny here yesterday and today 82 sunny 🙂
