Before the Throne of God

Happy Sunday Friends!!

“I can think of no moment more incredible, and no place more beautiful than before the throne of God. The daily battles become more painful. The race becomes even more draining. But we discover he has given us the greatest gift of all; a sinless Savior that died for us.

We are undeserving, sinful, wretched creatures, and yet we have a God so gracious, so merciful, so loving that he sent his Son to die in our place for our mistakes. Before the throne of God above, we have the perfect plea and we look upward and see that He has made an end to all our sins. -Brian Kim

Thankful today for a loving God, and thankful that my name is graven on His hands and His heart!

Have a blessed day!

  4. Dear Cyndi,
From one pastors wife to another…………….Thank you! This is a wonderful song to remind us of the precious gift of our Savior, and to show others what a great Savior we have.

  5. thank you. In spite of being so in love with our Savior and being so available to sharing the Good News with any and all he encounters, my husband sinks into some fairly morose depression. It is so great to be able to share this and other spiritual sayings/encouragements in your blog. It is so nice to feel the spiritual love that comes through from “out there”. It really helps to know you and your sister and some others are in this journey with us. THANK YOU AND GLD BLESS YOU.

  6. Beautiful song! Thank you for sharing. Thinking of you and praying for you and your family as you prepare for your exchange students and for your daughter, SIL and grandson as they go thru the house ordeal. Have a beautiful week, Cyndi!

  7. As soon as I saw the title for today’s post I started singing that song. I love when we sing it in church, it has such a powerful message. I’ve enjoyed all your other posts this week; especially your outfits on Wednesday! Have a Blessed Sunday 🙂

  8. Cyndi, I just want to thank you, as a 40 something wife and mom, for your absolutely lovely blog and your sweet self. You are making life ‘fun’ in just a few short sentences, or videos or a word here and there. I enjoy reading from your page, and feel validated that in our 40’s it’s ok to still love hair, clothes and makeup and getting the order right…God first. A true joy, to find you in the blogosphere and and ‘connect’ with someone on the same page. Thank you for sharing from your heart. Your lovely and encouraging and sweet breath of joy. Bless you sister!
