Today is Fashion Over 40-What I Wore. We’ve had the stomach bug going around our house this past week. I haven’t had it yet (fingers crossed) but I’ve been taking care of the sick so taking pictures hasn’t been priority.
Last Friday I shared this picture of Jessica Quirk. I tried to copy a little bit of this with my green utility jacket.
This is my humble attempt. I wore a burgundy top with black jeans. My jacket looks better zipped up but I kept it open for this picture.

I don’t think a week goes by that I don’t pull my chambray shirt out. I wore it this week under my new cardigan from Stitch Fix.

I think I have what I’m wearing for Thanksgiving day picked out. We have two places to go so it’s a long day. I try to make sure I’m comfortable!
Do you dress up for Thanksgiving or do you dress casual?

Have a blessed day!

Hi Cyndi, Just stopping by to see what gorgeous outfit you’re going to show us today and yes, I was right…and what gorgeous outfits they are! I love them both. I also love to buy my jeans from Macy’s and a few pieces from JCPennys. But I have never bought anything from Amazon. My son has, but I’ve never tried it and I think I may look up some boots on there after Thanksgiving! I wish you and your family a blessed Thanksgiving!!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
Hi Cyndi.
You look great, as always!
I don’t dress up for Thanksgiving, but I don’t wear sweats either. I’ll probably be wearing a skinny jean of some color, boots, and a sweater. We have a long day as well, but happy to have family to share with.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Thank you for your prayers. 🙂

Thanks Kellyann!! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Blessings,

You look great in both of these pictures! Wouldn’t it be nice if we could all be as tall as Jessica Quirk! Thanks also for the beautiful quote, as a school counselor I am always looking for inspiration and that quote really hit home. Actions speak so much louder than words. Thank you for your ministry and Happy Thanksgiving!
