MNG by Mango at JCPenney

Sometimes I’m surprised by a brand of clothing. That was the case with MNG by Mango at JCPenney

My sister and I went shopping before our trip to San Francisco. I was helping her pick out some clothes and we happened to look at the the MNG by Mango brand.

I had never looked at it before and at first glance, I didn’t think I would like it. But we decided to try a few things on and surprisingly I loved it!

MNG by Mango is a contemporary collection with very reasonable prices.

I purchased this green blouse (although I can’t find it online) and a pair of the slim leg jeans. My necklace is from Forever 21, navy blue tank, JCPenney, and my ballet flats are from Gap.

It’s a casual look and I’m wearing my David Kind glasses. I like that the blouse is long in the back too. 🙂

  1. I can’t believe Mango is already on the States! Mango is a Spanish brand and over here it’s on the same price-range as Zara, more or less. It’s always been around but it was always more working-woman oriented: their clothes were very serious and not very fun to look at. This was the place where my friends and I went to find NYE’s outfits if we needed to dress formally.
But around 8 years ago, they started to shift their focus and now their clothes are more youthful. It was the first clothing brand to open an online store in Spain!
I do love their stuff and their accessories are to die for!
This season their clothing is beautiful and oh-so “springy”!
I love that blouse, I actually have it in beige 😉

  2. I love the denim jacket and the split-neck tank top. I might even be so daring as to try the print knit soft pants. I’ve had bad experiences with knit pants before–static, they want to creep up and become high-waters, etc. but these might be worth trying. Thanks for sharing!

  3. I have never tried this line of clothing but will sure take a look the next time I go shopping…I love your glasses too!

  4. I have not seen this brand before. I’ll have to go take a look at the black maxi dress. I’m wanting one for travel and this may work, though being petite, I would have to have it shortened. Thank you for sharing.

  5. I’ve looked at this line many times, always lots of cute things….my girls love Penneys and the styles they’ve offerred the last several years. I’m petite so the MNG line doesn’t work for me, but if it did I’d be all over it 🙂

  6. haven’t seen any of this line in their advertising online or tv. The green top is really a good one for most color seasons too. The total look was a good one too.
I hope you do not mind my passing along you beauty of the heart messages to a friend. they are really encouraging her through a challenge.

  7. Have not heard this brand either. Kim said she was wanting lighter jeans and I was going to ask you if these came in a “darker” color…LOL Love the necklace. The outfit looks very nice and also comfy on you.

  8. Have never tried it either… love the blouse! Especially the color… I bought very similar but I’m always cold (this time of year) so I still haven’t worn it yet 🙂 It’s supposed to really warm up though this coming week. Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Cyndi!

  9. I haven’t heard of it before, so thanks for sharing! You look cute as always!! I have been wanting some lighter jeans for spring/summer, so I will check them out. Have a great weekend!
