Summer Fashion-Classic Tank

I’m not sure what I got myself into with 31 days of summer fashion. Ha!  It’s Day 8 and today I’m sharing a classic tank top.

Summer Fashion-Classic Tank

My sister and I went shopping this past weekend for the Haven Conference. We’re both heading to Atlanta this week. Traci is leaving tomorrow and I’m leaving on Thursday.

It’s a DIY blogging conference which makes no sense for me to be going. I’m a fashion & beauty blogger, but I have so many friends who are home bloggers, that I go for the socializing. Plus my sister is one of the bloggers who is putting the conference on, so I go and support her. I’m such a good sister!

Anyway, The Limited had buy one, get one free on all there tops. So Traci and I both bought one and split the cost. Pretty good deal!

Summer Fashion-Classic Tank

There are so many ways you could wear this top. I could wear it with black ankle pants or shorts. But I went for a little more casual look and paired it with my jean ankle pants. I’m also wearing my black wedge heels.

The sleeveless top has some yellow in it so I paired it with these Stella & Dot earrings. I love these earrings!

Here’s the whole outfit. Casual and fun for summer!

How would you wear this classic tank?

Beauty For the Heart~~One of the reasons I put the word grace in the title of my blog is because I know I wouldn’t be where I am today, without His grace.

Jesus has had his work cut out with me. I can be stubborn, and selfish and  controlling.

I don’t spend time in God’s word to check it off my to do list. I spend time in His word because I need it! It’s life to my soul!

I refuse to stay the way I was yesterday or the way I am today. I want to be more like Christ everyday.

So I cling to grace….I’m thankful Jesus died for my sins……….

But here is how God has shown his love for us. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

Have a blessed day!

  1. Love that cuff bracelet on your right arm. I don’t think you mentioned it in your post. Who is it by? Have fun at the Haven conference!

  2. So cute! I haven’t been in The Limited in ages, but now I think I need to go back and take a look. I followed your link and saw that it has a cute bow on the back too. Thanks for blogging, yours is definitely one of my new favorites.

  3. is the top created from printed fabric or are the breaks actually pieced strips of different fabrics ??

  4. I love your outfit, you always look so cute. And I love your comment about being stubborn, selfish and controlling…..mostly because I can relate. I ask God daily to help me with that. At least we recognize this about ourselves. ;). Love your 31 days.

  5. I love the tank! you are always so “put together”. have fun with your sister! you can never have too much time with family

  6. Love this blouse with the yellow in it and your sandals.
I’m thinking of doing a blog again and was wondering where this blog meet up is going to be. I live in Atlanta.

  7. Love Gods grace…and sooo thankful for it! Your outfit looks great. Love the top. Have fun at Haven. Can’t wait to see pics!

  8. Amen!!!! I need to spend time in the Word and prayer first thing in the morning. And then I can usually go maybe an hour….some days less….I fuel myself all day on His Word – and your site is one fun way to do it. I do love clothes, but I love Jesus more….and on your site, I get both!
I love the look you put together today, but I love so much that you mentioned your need for His Word!!! Blessings – and have a great trip!

  9. I love this look. My problem is that I freeze in the airconditioning in most places if I wear sleeveless. I hate always having to take a sweater…it’s summer for goodness sake!

  10. Really cute, Cyndi. I’d probably wear a shortish navy skirt as I find jeans way too hot for Summer. I adore those wedges. Have fun with your Sisi at Haven.
