What’s Coming Up On WIG&B?

Whats coming up on WIG&B
Well, every once in a while, I get a crazy idea and I go for it. Today is one of those days. I wanted to let you know what’s coming up on Walking In Grace & Beauty so I decided to do a quick video.

Yeah, what was I thinking?? Oh my Kentucky accent. 🙂 Bless my heart!

( I had to cut it off a little soon because my computer started beeping at me with reminders. Ha!)

Well, if you made it through the video, I hope you know I’m really excited about the next few months! You won’t want to miss some of the fun we’re going to have.

Thank you for stopping by!! Have a blessed day friends!

  1. Can’t wait for October and November! Thanks for that encouraging verse too. I needed that. And yes, I’m days behind on reading my blogs, etc. because I am back at school and it’s crazy busy!

  2. You shouldn’t worry about your Kentucky accent. I’m from KY and when I moved to Chicago for several yrs., they LOVED it!

  3. Oh Cyndi Spivey! What a blessing you are to those from afar that you do not even know. Thank you so much for sharing that verse on your video. I loved hearing your “Kentucky accent” 😉 and especially loved hearing that verse. I will certainly look forward to reading your blog in October and November!! Thank you so much for all that you do on your blog!

  4. I enjoyed the video. I love hearing what my favorite bloggers sound like! 🙂 Looking forward to the coming months and what you have in store for us in November!

  5. Cyndi…. just like everyone else. I look forward to your blog posts. You have inspired me. And when I shop for something new, I always have a few ideas from you, in the back of my mind. Thank you.

  6. Cyndi-
First, I love your blog and find a lot of inspiration from it. I love that verse and really needed to hear that today. It has been a tough day as I was at the hospital with my Mom while she was getting a biopsy to see if she has breast cancer. We will know on Thursday so I ask for your prayers.
By the way, you should hear my East TN accent…lol! Can’t wait for November.

The power of prayer is truly remarkable! The doctors had told my Mom they were 99% sure she had breast cancer. I knew we had a lot of prayer warriors at work and God is the almighty healer. My Mom’s results were benign! We are so happy and just praise our God! Thank you for your prayers as well.

  7. I am so happy I found your site. Your outfits are an inspiration to me, as well as your “beauty for the heart” words each day. Thanks for modest, reasonable and fun ideas. I look forward to your posts, especially the surprise! Thanks for being willing to share. I am a northwest girl, but you sound like my southern family, and I could listen to that accent all day.

  8. Cyndi, yellow looks good on you. 🙂 I’m looking forward to November. Now, can you tell me about that coffee mug you’re holding? Was that from a fundraising organization that funded missions in another country? I was going to buy some mugs just like it for family one Christmas, and in turn help out others, but I lost the link to the website. If this sounds familiar, please share the info with me. Thank you! God bless you and your blogging.

  9. I love your 31 days of fashion and can’t wait to see what you have planned for November! That verse in Zeph. always makes me think of Laura Story’s song “Mighty to Save”. Love your blog!

  10. The video was a treat and so personal…kind of like going to your mailbox and finding a hand-written note from a dear friend! Looking forward to 31 days of fashion in October and a surprise is always fun to look forward to!
Blessings, you dear southern girl…I’m married to an Okie, so I “get” the accent, it sounds normal to me too! 🙂

  11. As my grandmother from Oklahoma used to say to her northern grandchildren, “I don’t have an accent! Yoooo doooo!” Love your humility and your heart and your vulnerability! Your courage encourages me. Thank you, Cyndi!

  12. Looking forward to what November holds! You are even cuter on video than in your pictures, which is hard to believe!! Love your accent. You remind me of Beth Moore 🙂

  13. I grew up in Danville – not far from you…and I LOVE your accent. So fun to hear you and feel like I knew you even better — that is not easy to put yourself out there live to whoever, but thank you for opening your heart wide to do it. That verse from Zephaniah is such an encouragement – thanks for speaking it over us today!! God bless you and can’t wait for all these new things!!

  14. Love your accent! I’m Southern, too…bless MY heart! It was nice to hear you today. I look forward to each post and will love the 31 day posts in October.

  15. Thank you so much for all the help. Will you consider adding a handbag when you post your fall fashion pics? I’m sometimes at a loss for what handbag would work best.

  16. I’m looking forward to see your posting every day! Hearing your voice made me feel like you are my girlfriend. You made my day! Thank you Cyndi, my new GF. 😉

  17. You’re so cute! Us jersey girls love a southern accent! Love your beauty for the heart today. That verse is “delightful”… 🙂 Looking forward to October 🙂

  18. oh my goodness! you are even cuter in video than in your pictures, i didn’t think that was possible!! thank you for all your encouraging words in the Lord, and for your posts on clothing and life; i look forward to reading them each day!

  19. Cyndi- I am from Mississippi. No one from around would even think that you have an accent. I am really enjoying your site.
