31 Days Of Winter Fashion-Day 12

It’s Day 12 of my 31 Days of Winter Fashion and we’re talking faux fur today.

This past fall I did a post on What To Wear on Thanksgiving Day. I shared this vest I had purchased from Target. I loved wearing this vest. I say loved because my daughter has the vest and top now. Are you all seeing a theme here?? My daughter gets a lot of my clothes! 🙂

Well, the reason I gave it to her was because this faux fur vest came in my Stitch Fix box. I decided to wear this outfit on Thanksgiving Day and let my daughter wear the vest from Target.

This vest is unique and I have enjoyed wearing it all winter.

I was wearing this outfit when we went to a Christmas party at a friend’s house from church. Colt (my grandson) came with us and we snapped a quick picture.

These are one of my favorite pair of booties from Rack Room Shoes. They are the perfect size heel and I can wear them all day!

Lastly, Nordstrom has a faux fur scarf on sale for $12.90! I’ve seen it on several people and it’s super cute.

While I was looking at it, I saw the red infinity scarf and the black infinity scarf both are on sale for $12.90 too. Plus they have free shipping.

Gosh I am not sure how I stumbled upon your website, but so delighted I did!! Your taste in clothes and hairstyles is sooo mine too…unfortunately I am not as slim as you are, and I don’t mean I am huge or anything but I am only 5’2 and so every extra ounce is not flattering!! I live in Canada..the frozen north in winter, so really appreciate the warmer outfits!!…So just wanted you to know I appreciate all the work that must go into your great Blog..and I will be sure to follow it eagerly!!!

I bought the black infinity scarf and considered the red one! The black one is really nice, not too bulky or hot (I’m usually hot, not cold!) I also bought a couple in another style for gifts. Gotta love a Nordstrom scarf for $12.90 + free shipping!!!

LOVE it when you share things that I already own–makes me feel like I’m right on track! LOL! I found that Target vest on clearance right before New Year’s and snatched it up! Also picked up that faux fur scarf from Nordstrom on Friday–it’s the SOFTEST thing EVER, and the perfect length!

I checked out the scarves and the red one is no longer available and they’re out of the black one, but it comes in 2 other colors. Everyone read your post and must have bought the remaining ones. 🙂

Very cute looks today. I have a faux fur vest that I call my Sonny and Cher vest. It’s actually quie flattering and large enough that I can wear a heay ssweaer underneath. It suits both skinnies and bells bottoms, so I try to wear it often. Unfortunately, it’s too cold here and I need a coat here. ( I so remember the days of borrowing my Mom’s stuff. It went both directions, however!

Everything you wear looks great on you and would like to order some of the things, but can’t decide if they would look good on me. I’m 5’4″ and wear 2 in pants and wanted to know if you would share your height. I’m in love with the cape and white pants and tried s similar cape on but looked like I had a blanket around me! Lol Thank you for sharing your style and your faith.

First off…although we are nearly the same age….I’d love to be your “daughter” so I could snag some of your cool stuff 🙂 – – – I have the same colored pants you have on in the above picture (eggplant???) I struggle with what to wear with them other than black…any suggestions?
