It’s Day 14 of my 31 Days of Winter Fashion and today I’m trying to help with the winter blahs by adding color!
I have to say that I’m sooooo thankful I was able to get my hair cut and colored yesterday. I was past due and honestly I thought I was going to have to stop taking pictures. It was getting bad. 🙂
Anyway, winter can be blah. I’m not a huge fan of cold and dark weather. Wayne and I try to get out at night because neither one of us like to sit for very long.
We laugh about our date nights because a lot of the time we’re visiting someone at home or in the hospital. It’s a part of ministry but we both love it. After our visits we’ll go out to dinner or do some shopping.
When our children were young, I wasn’t able to go with Wayne but now that we’re empty nester’s I get to go make visits with him. I miss my children being home but I also love this season of our marriage.
Okay, back to my outfit. I decided to pop some color to help with the winter blahs. I’ve been eyeing this wrap cardigan for a while.
I’ve seen it on several people in tan but I already have a tan cape so I needed a different color. I decided to go with coral spice!
Let me just say, this wrap is so soft and comfortable and warm. I love it!
They’re soft and stretchy but they don’t stretch and become bigger by the end of the day. Crazy! You’ll probably see them on me a lot. For reference, I’m wearing a size 6. They have all sizes in right now.
Well that’s all I’ve got today! Do you all like to add color during these blah winter days?
Beauty For the Heart~~There’s a war going on, and I’m not talking about something you hear on television. I’m talking about the war between our spirit and our sinful nature.
As christians we want to look like Christ. We want to be filled with love, joy and peace, patience, self-control, gentleness, faithfulness, kindness and goodness. (Galatians 5:22)
Praying we will be filled with these today!
