I am always looking for trends and it seems floral is a spring fashion trend. I’m seeing it everywhere!
This floral blouse is from Loft and I styled it with a pair of distressed jeans.
These jeans are Just Black brand and I got them in a Stitch Fix box. I can’t find the exact pair online but they are one of my favorite pair of jeans.
My pointed toe flats are from Nordstrom.
This Dooney & Bourke Handbag is on sale at Macy’s. It’s a great everyday handbag.
I left the back of this top hanging out. I noticed the model on the Loft site did too. 🙂

You look Ahh-May-Zing!!!!!! I love, love, love this outfit…. my second favorite of your 27 days…. However I’m not a fan of such a long back of a blouse, but this blouse would look darling with Jeggings- and I love dark bluejeans jeggings!! Cute handbag and flats too.

Hey- just an option for ya possibly … I tried this on today and fond that the petite one fit shorter in length… I typically wear a small top in life ft and I tried the medium petite and it fit basically the exact same, only shorter! Worth a try, it’s a gorgeous top!!

Love this outfit. You paired one of my favorite looks…elegant top with a distressed jean. You were also wise to keep the belt, bag, and shoes all in the same neutral color family to balance the large floral print of the blouse. Too bad those jeans are not available. I would buy some.
Well…I’m so glad to know the pants thing isn’t just me! Last night I went to Belk, Dillards, the Limited, Ann Taylor and White Hoise Black Market shopping for warm weather work pants. Zero luck. Nothing fit right 😏
Tonight went to Loft and again- no luck with pants. So I bought a skirt and the navy blue sweater you styled last week I believe from Loft. It’s so pretty with the lace-like insert on he front. I’m beyond frustrated with the pants stuff!

Looking forward to your take on workwear. For work I have to wear black or khaki pants, and a collared shirt white or navy. Over that I can wear a sweater or jacket that is black,white,tan or navy. Pretty boring, however I use scarves to add a splash of color. Love to see what you are wearing every day!

Actually, I bought it on sale yesterday. There was a little confusion whether it was on sale because they did not have it in the sale section and it did not initially ring up at the sale price. I showed them the link to the seamed blouse and the manager give it to me for 40% off. Mine is the bright green like the one in your photos. It looks like a different color than the blouse online. Anyway, I love it! You have great taste.

I tried it on today and LOVED it!!!! 😍😍😍 However, it wasn’t on sale today but I’ll be watching for it to be again… Knowing Loft, it will be on sale again!! 😜 I did get the green one though, 40% off and the white skinny jeans!! I’m having trouble getting your daily emails, I’ll get it several days in a row, miss a day, then it’s back. I always feel like I miss something if I don’t get the email.

Is the fit of the blouse similar to the blue geo sweater/blouse you styled in the fall? It was the one with the solid sweater in front and a printed blouse back. This blouse looks big in the LOFT model picture and I am wondering if a XS would be closer to a normal S. Thanks!
Hey Renee, This blouse is different than the one I styled in the fall. I do think it runs big and I might could have worn and XS. I’m wearing a small.

Not a fan of hole-y jeans, but after you styled some Loft tops last week I stopped in there and scored a beautiful print blouse on sale! They had some jewelry I loved too, keeping an eye on that for a sale!
I like New York and Company dress pants. In fact, I like everything from NY&C. They have some cute comfortable wash/wear dresses for spring that I’ll be wearing to work!

Cyndi- have you seen Crazy Larry pants?! I recently bought a pair (bright lime) at a boutique in Dallas. They come in a huge array of colors and patterns, are stretchy skinny (not legging skinny) ankle with a fairly high waist. Anxious to find online- so flattering, ran about $98?!

Found them online today. Amazon is too pricey, but others under $100 with free shipping. I usually wear 4’s but took a 2 in these :))
You might have already tried these, but I wear Loft and Ann Taylor dress pants and they work for me. I have a couple from Express too. Just found your blog last night and love it. So far the items I have seen you pick are priced for the real person. I find that too many times the “glamour” magazines show the trends, but the price of the clothes are outrageous. Clothes for real people at an affordable price – perfect combination!!!!

My closet is starting to be a mirror of yours. I love everything you put together and it works great for me! The print pants and navy sweater from Loft have already made their way to my closet. I’m looking forward to some career outfits for sure since I’m in a business office setting everyday. Keep trying, I’m sure I’ll love it.

The sun has been shining all day today in the little ole UK, hip hooray, and what did I do? Clean out my car😀 so now it’s
all super clean inside already for our trip away next week, I love going away in the car, as I can throw all sorts of
clothes in without the worry of weight in a case on air lines. I know my OH will be having a fit with me as usual!

I love the Beauty For the Heart today! It is definitely something to think about. Of all of the jeans you wear, which brand would you say is your favorite to wear with flats? I would like to buy a new pair, that is reasonably priced, has some stretch, fits my backside, and doesn’t gap at my waist. Thank you!

All of your outfits are super cute and as I’ve said before as a mid 20’s girl, I look to your blog daily for outfit inspiration! Yesterday was probably my all time favorite though! I’m not sure if you shop much at Maurice’s? Good price point as there are always deals and coupons out there, and great quality. I wear dress pants probably 2-3 times a week to my office job. If you haven’t tried the Maurice’s skinny dress pants, you may give those a try! They are my favorite and I’ve tried and experimented with several different brands, but nothing beats those in my personal opinion. Have a great day! 🙂

I know what you mean about having trouble finding dress pants for work! I usually end up wearing khaki or twill colored jeans with pretty tops, since I work in a casual office. Can rarely find dress pants that I like. I sometimes have trouble finding casual dresses that work in the office, so mostly I wear slacks. I love your posts because they give me inspiration to try new things…thanks!
