27 Days of Spring Fashion: Navy Blazer

Welcome to my 27 Days of Spring Fashion with Jo-Lynne Shane! Today I’m styling a classic navy blazer for spring.

Blazers are perfect to wear this time of the year and they can be worn to work with dress pants or added to a pair of jeans. This navy blazer would look great with the pants I wore in yesterday’s post.

I love mixing orange and navy so I added this long Kendra Scott necklace to my outfit.

  1. I’m so sorry to hear the news about your uncle. I’ll be praying for your family to have comfort and peace; I know he will be missed. Love your outfit today.

  2. Hi Cyndi,

Sorry, to hear about your Uncle… although we know they are in a better place(Heaven) it is still a sad time.
You are looking fabulous in that navy Blazer and heels. God Bless… and YES< Thank you, Lord, for your saving grace and it is through "faith" that makes us ready for Heaven, eternally… One time forgiveness, one time asking and receiving, then glory in Heaven eternally!!

  3. Hi Cyndi! I’ve missed your posts in my inbox for a few days now. I thought you’d taken a break. When I came to your sight, I see you’ve been posting as usual. After reading the comments, I see that you have had a sad time recently. I’m so sorry for the passing of your uncle.

I will update my email info. and hope to get your future emails!!

    Thanks for your inspiring posts!

  4. Cyndi, I’m sorry for your loss but grateful he’s in Heaven and you have that confidence.

Your outfit is beautiful on you, as always! I have a question and am hoping it’s not too personal. You often style a top with a cami underneath. I don’t like my bra straps showing along with the cami straps and your outfits never appear to have bra straps showing through. Do you wear a cami with a built-in or a strapless under your cami? I can never find a built- cami that seems to give enough girl support yet still be comfortable.

  5. sorry for your loss. was this uncle your mothers brother. ?? on Friday I lost a cousin, my daughter fell nd broke her ribs and yesterday a dear friend lost her hsb. Out pastor likes to remind us that they are not lost because we surely know where they are. blazers always lend a polish to any outfit.

  6. I so sorry for the loss of your uncle, a blessing to know he is in heaven. Your family will be in my prayers. Loving this classic look!

  7. I must have missed something. You have on a navy blazer and white sleeveless top. Where did the white cuffs come from?

  8. I’m so sorry for the loss of your Uncle… Praying blessings on your family.

  16. Very sorry for your loss. I was wondering how the jeans fit? do they run large? i looked online and there is mixed reviews on sizing. Love the blazer too. Very classy.

  17. Can you tell me if the jeans run large? I looked online and they ppl say different things, so I’m unsure what size to get. Love the blazer too! Great outfit! Classy.

  20. I seriously just started following your blog and ordered this blazer in Navy yesterday! I purchased the top already but hey didn’t have the Navy blazers in stock so I had to order!

  21. I am so sorry to hear about your uncle. You are so right, life is short & we need to be sure the people we love know!

I was just telling my mom Sunday afternoon as we were shopping & seeing so much navy in the stores that I never know if I can wear navy w/my jeans. I always feel “too blue”, but seeing you style it makes me think it can work! Thanks for the inspiration! I got a great navy top the other day & was thinking I’d only be able to wear it w/white or colored pants, but now I’m thinking I’ll try it w/my jeans!!

  22. The blazer had me at collarless, ha! You’ve styled this one perfectly!

I’m so sorry to hear about your uncle. Sending prayers to you and your family.

  23. I’m sorry to hear about your uncle, may God bless you and your family during this time. You look beautiful as always!

  24. I think I’m going to have to get this top! I loved it when you styled it the first time too. So sorry to hear of your uncle’s passing. I will say a prayer for you and your family in this difficult time.

  25. Cute. I am waiting for another 40% off. I missed the other by one day. 🙁 Saw some cute things. Love the outfit on you. I love navy.

  26. I love this outfit! So plassic. But where are the cuffs coming from? The top you are wearing appears to be sleeveless.

  27. I love my navy blazer. Definitely a spring must have. It’s part of the weekly rotation with jeans and a tee! A couple of friends have told me how much they liked your blog after discovering it on our co-post yesterday. I think a lot of women appreciate the combination of spiritual and style inspiration!
