Mother’s Day Jewelry from Nordstrom

Mother’s Day is right around the corner and I have some Mother’s Day jewelry from Nordstrom to share with you!

My Mom passed away in 2009 but I’m so thankful for her and I celebrate Mother’s Day being thankful for the legacy she left her family.

I picked out some jewelry from Nordstrom that I know my Mom would have loved to wear.

Mother's Day Jewelry from NordstromI remember my Mom wearing a gold bangle bracelet. She liked the simple and classic look. These bracelets are Kate Spade brand. The plain gold bangle has Heart Of Gold inscribed on the inside and that definitely made me think of my Mom.

The white crystal bangle bracelet and the gold crystal bangle bracelet are two of my favorites and great for layering.

My Mom also loved rings. This is one of my favorite rings. If I had asked Mom what she wanted for Mother’s Day she would have said, “Get me something you like!” So I know she would have liked this ring.

Beauty For the Heart~~Mother’s Day is a wonderful holiday but it can be difficult for those of us who have lost our Moms. Some of you might not have a good relationship with your Mom which can also make Mother’s Day difficult.

That’s why I’m so thankful to know Jesus understands. Psalm 34:18 says, The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.

Have a blessed day!

  1. Cyndi,
We layed my mom to rest 15 years ago this week. She was my best friend. She was always there to support me and share both my highs and lows with. I miss her terribly and so wish she would be here this spring to see my children graduate from high school and college. She would have been so proud of the wonderful young adults they are growing up to be. I love hearing you share how much your mom meant to you. The Lord blessed me with a wonderful mother and I can only hope to honor her by being that same for my children.

  2. My sweet Mom is not doing well after having a stroke, so I understand your heart, Cyndi. Praying comfort for you as Morhers Day approaches.
The jewelry selections are tasteful and perfect!

  3. You look stunning today, Cyndi! Especially love your hair styled this way. Just wanted to encourage you to take heart; even though your mother has been in heaven since 2009, she has left you a beautiful heritage and legacy. Celebrate the fact that YOU are a mother and a grandmother!

  4. I Love this dress, Cyndi!!! I am so uplifted with all your posts, but lately they have been exactly what I have needed.

    God Bless YOU!

  5. I too lost my Godly momma to cancer in 2001, she was 56. We were very close and yes, it does make Mother’s Day difficult – however, if she could tell me she would want me to enjoy my daughter on Mother’s Day, and not be sad. She is in her forever home and I will see her again which is the only thing that makes missing her (still) bearable.
Thanks for the lovely jewerly selections. Love the dress BTW! Happy early Mother’s Day to you Cyndi!

  6. Thank you so much for sharing your fashion ideas! Your blog is both fun and inspiring. Would you please tell us where you found the shoes you are wearing in today’s pictures?

  7. I can relate to Mother’s Day being difficult for you, as it is for me too. Lost my Mom to breast cancer in 2000, and she was only 62. I never stop missing her, and look forward to someday being reunited in heaven. Thank God we have that hope and promise when we are saved, otherwise it would be unbearable. Mine was a double whammy, as she passed on my wedding anniversary. Thoughts and prayers are with you, this Mother’ Day.

      1. Hi Cyndi,
This is a lovely outfit. I would like to order a dress from this link. Can you tell me how sizing runs?
        Thank you

  8. Great post, as usual! Can we also get the dress and shoes info? You always look super cute. I am looking forward to the work wear style challenge. I wear business and some business casual, so I’m sure I will find some new ideas!

  9. I so appreciate and understand your feelings about Mothers Day. I lost my mother in Jan 2015. Mothers a Day has become a very hard time for me also.

    Great post, thank you!!

  10. Joining the many others who are looking for info on the dress! You look beautiful! Nice selection of jewelry 🙂

  11. Thank you for sharing. I can only imagine how hard it would be to pick out Mother’s Day jewelry. Absent with the body means present with the Lord. Thanks for being so transparent and such a great of example of choosing joy.

  12. I love the ring but any BP brand jewelry I have purchased in the past has tarnished pretty quickly and I had to throw out. Do you have any luck with it lasting?

  13. You always look so beautiful and classy!! Love your nail polish!! I’m looking for pretty pail pink. Can you share what color your wearing? Thanks!!

  14. Cindi
Is there a way that you preserve your costume jewelry? I look forward every day to your post.

  17. Very cute. I saw that initial necklace that was on $12 ! I’m going to get that one. Very cute and such a good price.
