Here we go, the last full week of July. Why does summer go by so fast? If you follow any fashion blogs you are seeing more early fall outfits than summer outfits.
There are good reasons why we transition to fall so early. Obviously, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has made us all look at fall clothes but it’s also hard to keep styling summer clothes when most of them are sold out. It’s pretty much hit and miss with summer clothes.
Today, I am going to share a summer outfit. Many of you. like me, are looking for that perfect white t-shirt. I recently found this roll sleeve crew tee from Banana Republic and it’s a good one!
They have several colors to choose from including white. The only one they don’t have online is the navy blue one I’m wearing.
These pictures were taken in downtown Cincinnati. After church yesterday, Wayne and I headed to Cincinnati to have an early dinner with our son.
Cory is a young attorney and works long hours every week. I was missing him and needed a little Mom and son time.
By the time we took these pictures, Wayne and I had walked through the whole IKEA store (we were close so I had to stop) and walked all over downtown Cincinnati and eaten dinner. I was melting at this point!
I love mixing orange and blue so I added my Kendra Scott necklace and carried this clutch from Stitch Fix. My sandals are also on sale at Loft, they are marked down to $11.93!

I love the navy and white combo! What a special day for you and your family! My son and his family leave for Washington, D.C. in less than two weeks. He and his wife have amazing jobs awaiting them, and I’m so proud of them both….but my heart is breaking.
Cyndi, love your outfit, especially the pop of orange. I spent a Sunday in Cincinnati with my son last weekend while making college visits. We had lunch at Wendy’s in Kentucky, just so he can now say he’s been in Kentucky!! Treasured moments!

Tenn Tanger outlet last year and then again earlier this month, and I am in Love with this store haha There tees are so soft & thin for this hot weather. Have you ever shopped there before? Cincinnati is one of my faves for a quick getaway. Hubs and I stay at the Cincinnatian (love classic old hotels!) and go to Reds games.

Another great T-shirt is the St John’s Bay T-shirt from JCPenney, comes in crew or V neck, it’s nice and thick. It’s regular price $14.00 but always seems to be on sale for $7.99. It comes in lots of colors, but I love a nice thick white T-shirt.

I see you were wearing a Kate Spade bangle bracelet. Have you had any trouble with it falling off? I have the same bracelet in pink, gold, and rose gold. I am afraid to wear them because I have already lost the rose gold. Do you have any solutions for keeping them latched?

Oooo Cincinnati… my hubby’s birth place, and near my home town Hamilton, Ohio. You are looking very lovely in Cinci. I do love a good cotton tee for the HOT summertime. If you really want to be overwhelmed go to the Ballard Outlet down the street from Ikea too ….I’ve been there 3 times in a month and have found great deals on dining room furniture….beautiful stuff and great prices …
