Cindy-Thanks so much for this scripture today. My family and I are experiencing a very difficult trial and I am having trouble finding the joy or purpose right now. I would be especially grateful if you would add my brother, Pat to your prayer list. He was just diagnosed with ALS and our family is devastated. Thanks for your “Beauty for the Heart” segment, it is always appropriate and relevant.

So sorry, Hallie….a dear friend of mine was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of ALS in March and just passed away a week ago. I will say a prayer for your brother and family.
You look great as usual. Best wishes for your talk this weekend. I think it would be fun for you and Jo-Lynne, one day in your fall fashion, to take something you styled last year, that when you look back either you would have styled it differently or, as you actually wore it, found yourself drawn to wearing it with different pieces. It would be a fun lesson on how to ‘reinvent’ or ‘update’ a former ‘miss’.

Not a fan of the peasant top. Cyndi – you look beautiful in everything you wear and I enjoy reading your post every day. This particular top does nothing for you and if it doesn’t look good on you, the rest of us don’t sand a chance! I have some extra pounds to hide, but even this is too unstructured for me.
Earrings are fabulous.
Cyndi! I too love the GF top and your overall look. If the fabric is so thin that wearing a cami would be necessary, I wouldn’t wear it. I do wish that more of the GF tops were not made out of such thin fabric, requiring a cami underneath. I just don’t like adding layers, making me feel confined.

Adorable top! Wish I had not gone overboard on the Old Navy stuff yesterday. I ordered all 3 tunic colors. They seem as if they will be such a great piece to mix around with. I also love the Jeans you are wearing but way out of my price range. You look adorable. Blessings.

Hi Cyndi! Great transition piece! Got a question—I checked out the top on the GF website & it almost looks a little sheer, like I can a white cami underneath on the model. Is there any sheerness to it? It doesn’t appear that way on you. Love the whole look you’ve put together!
