Walk In Freedom with Christ

walk-in-freedomEncouraging women in their walk with Christ is a passion of mine. I was blessed with a Mom that had that same passion.

She shared it with me and so many other women and since she passed away in 2009, I have been even more committed to sharing about Christ and the blessings (spiritual not material blessings) of following Him.The title of my blog has Grace in it for a reason. Why? Because Christ has showered me with His grace! I don’t deserve it and I can’t earn it. It is freely given.

Luke 7:47 (MSG) says, She was forgiven many, many sins, and so she is very, very grateful. If the forgiveness is minimal, the gratitude is minimal.

Someone today needs to hear that they haven’t committed that one sin, that God can’t forgive.

We are all guilty, we’ve all felt shame but Christ can and will forgive us. He loves us and he wants us to be free.

Free from the penalty of sin (Romans 6:23) and free from guilt.

My prayer for you today, is you will walk in freedom and share His love and grace with those around you.

Have a blessed day!

  1. This was such a great way to continue my Sunday after the prophetic message we had today. It’s amazing how God gives us what we need just when we need it. “How Can It Be” by Laurin Daije was the perfect praise and worship to bring it all home. Be well, be blessed!

  2. Wonderful. Thankful for your faith and boldness in Christ. His Grace we don’t deserve. Thankful for Jesus and loving him more ea. day. Striving to be more like him everyday. Have a beautiful day. You r beautiful on the outside but especially on the inside.

  3. I am so thankful for God’s grace. As you said there is nothing we can do to deserve it or earn it. He FREELY gives it to whoever asks. Praise His holy name!

Thank you for your encouragement every week.

    God bless you.

  6. Cyndi, I love your blog and always read it. One thing please stop telling us it will be brief because you’re running late, or going out the door. We love you and if it is brief it’s ok.
