Bell Sleeve Blouse + Printed Pants

It’s Day 2 of my spring series and I’m styling a bell sleeve blouse and printed pants. It’s obvious I’m not shying away from this spring’s trends.

I am all about the bell sleeves and the bigger the better. Ha! This feminine blouse is from New York and Company and is a must have look for the spring season.

Bell Sleeve Blouse + Printed Pants

The blouse is a cotton and polyester blend which helps with wrinkling. It does run a bit big so I’m wearing an extra small.

Bell Sleeve Blouse + Printed PantsIf you look in any store this spring you will see printed patterns from dresses, tops, and pants. My pants have little hummingbirds on them and they are also from New York and Company. They fit true to size.

Bell Sleeve Blouse + Printed PantsBig earrings are a trend too and of course tassel earrings are popular. These tassel earrings are from Glamour Farms and they come in several different colors.

Bell Sleeve Blouse + Printed PantsSeveral years ago I purchased a couple of Kate Spade bracelets. They’re a classic bangle that’s perfect for stacking with other bracelets for a trendy, customized look. I added them to my BaubleBar bracelet.

I’m ready for spring!

Beauty for the Heart~~“The Bible is meant to be bread for daily use, not cake for special occasions”

Reading God’s word prepares us not only for today but for tomorrow. Through reading the Bible, we come to know Jesus who is the bread of life.

John 6:35 says, Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”

Have a blessed day!

  1. I love this look! Also like the color of your bag. I have one from D & B that is similar in natural leather, and one for my mom for Christmas in a wine color from Kate Spade. What brand is that bag you are carrying? Perfect color for spring…

  2. Love this outfit – just bought it online- love the shoes too- need to find a tiny bit lower heel though as I am 5’10”
Hope it looks as cute on me as is does on you.
Love that you give links to where to purchase and that the prices are so reasonable.
    Thank you!

  3. Cyndi!!! You are so darling! The outfit, hair, shoes, purse and the little charmer you took to the dentist! Heart warming!

  4. Those tassel earrings and that top really look wonderful together. Great choices that look especially good on you! Can’t wait to see tomorrow’s outfit…

  5. I’m so glad I found this blog. I’ve only been following it a few weeks but your style is cool and fresh but age appropriate too. This is my first time commenting but I LOVE those pants!!! I have a thing for birds and own a couple of tops with them (small tasteful birds , lol). And i love those sandals. I need to get out of my usual ballet flats rut! The bell sleeve is a great look on you but I’m not sure if it will work for me. Oh darn, I’m just going to have to go shopping this weekend to do “research” 🙂
Lastly, you’re a beautiful woman and your son is adorable!
    Peace!
    Kris

  6. Absolutely LOVE the Beauty For the Heart today! I have become very dependent on beginning each day reading my Bible and three devotional books. What a great spring outfit! I need to do a little shopping so I can try on printed pants to see if I like them. I too am loving the bell sleeve tops!

    Have a blessed day!

  7. What a great outfit. I too LOVE the sleeves. Your sandals are great too, stylish but not too high. I love printed bottoms, but have to be careful with my pear shape that I wear the right top. Thanks again Cyndi – so looking forward to spring!

  8. You look adorable Cyndi. I noticed in today’s post the difference in the photographer’s style. The color tones are so complimentary to your face. Blessings to you today.

  9. I love the “Beauty For The Heart” writing today. I am doing a Lysa Terkhurst study titled I Am. The first chapter is I am the Bread of Life. Lysa says: isn’t it interesting that Jesus chose something that we all crave to be the replacement for that; we all crave bread and He tells us that He is the bread and can fill that craving in our lives. [paraphrased]. Thank you for the reminder today!

  10. You totally look ready for spring–I’m a little jealous since spring time in the Rockies usually means lots of snow!!
I was just thinking it’s time to paint the tootsies!! I may even try a white like you’re wearing!
I love these fun sleeves. Have you found any issues with them getting in the way when you’re doing things?

  11. That is a really cute blouse! I like the whole look. I was just in NY&Co last week helping my daughter look for some spring things but we certainly didn’t see this blouse or she may have had to have it :).

  12. Good Morning! The sun in shinning and it’s going to be a beautiful spring day in Texas. Love this outfit and I use to be a regular shopper at NY&Co but thought the quality had gone down….but I’m willing try again and they always offered discount coupons. But, I’m really excited to hear your thoughts on Shein? I’ve seen a lot of cute items on Pinterest and the pricing is good but I trust your advice and hoping you will share soon. Have a great day!

  13. I have a couple of things from New York and company. Most notably I picked up a long chain necklace there years ago and I still wear it probably 2X a month!

  14. would have loved to have seen the blouse untucked — for those of us who do not like to tuck and cannot get the front tuck to ever look right………….but that blouse is great, I love the sleeves.

  15. Seems as though the shirt is a bit on the shorter side. Does it hit right at the waist? Thanks! Very cute.
