God Changes Lives

Sometimes I hear a song and it reminds me of a season in my life or it reminds me of how amazing God is. I recently watched the video of Through All Of It by Colton Dixon.

I was reminded of how our God changes lives. He is in the business of healing and restoring. I’m so thankful for that!

God Changes LivesMy guess (because many of you email me) is that you have struggles, and you deal with fears, just like I do. You have experienced loss, and hurts. The journey is not always easy.

We could probably all say “Life’s been a journey, I’ve seen joy, I’ve seen regret.”  The next line is our hope, “Oh and You have been my God through all of it.”

Through every season, through the joys, through the pain, let our hope be in Christ!

However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived” the things God has prepared for those who love him—1 Corinthians 2:9

God has a plan and a purpose for our lives! Run to Him!

Have a blessed Sunday!

  1. Thanks for sharing. I went into my computer room not to sit down at the computer but glad I did. I really have a heavy heart today and am thankful for you. I really needed this today.

  2. The song is so touching and I have heard several times but the people giving their testimony changed the way of listening to it .Some times win and sometimes loss. But as long as GOD is with us we win. Thinking back to day of a situation in our family. As long as we know GOD indeed will be with us through of all of this. We can give praise.
Thanks for your message today. GOD bless all of you and your family.

  3. Oh my, that video Cyndi… I hope I never forget it.
So thankful to hear your father in law is doing better. There was a church shooting here in Texas today, just horrific. I know you’re already praying for them. Thank you so much for putting your faith out here on your blog. God Bless.

  4. So glad your father-in-law is feeling better and heading home where he’ll be with his wife. What an answer to prayer. So glad to hear you’ve gotten to enjoy some family time:)

My mom committed suicide just a few days before my 9th birthday and I thought I’d never be happy or have joy in my life again but God has been so faithful and good to me and my family throughout all these years and He has indeed been my God through all of it!

  15. Amen! I am so glad your father in law is back at home. I bet you are happy for your son to be home for the weekend, so that the family can worship then enjoy a meal together. The fall colors are finally very obvious here in south central GA, but our highs are in the 80’s, so it’s not feeling enough like Fall. The sun is shin8ng, making the beauty God places before us even more brilliant. Have a blessed day!
