25 Days of Winter Fashion: Casual Weekend Fashion

Happy December 1st! It’s the weekend so I’m sharing some casual weekend fashion. Whether you’re running errands, decorating, or heading to a movie, this graphic sweatshirt from Target is comfy and stylish.

I added a pair of gray booties that I recently received in my Stitch Fix Box. They are TOMS and these booties are the same brand and very similar.

25 Days of Winter Fashion: Casual Weekend FashionI wear all different price points of jeans. I recently purchased these distressed jeans ($68) and I wear them all the time! The jeans I’m wearing today are pricey but I’m a huge fan of AG jeans. They fit well and they don’t stretch.

25 Days of Winter Fashion: Casual Weekend FashionI’m ready for the weekend!

Thank you for taking time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m on FacebookPinterest and Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone. Colossians 4:6

This is a good reminder as we go through the busy holiday season. It can be stressful as we deal with family where relationships might be strained. Words are powerful and we need to be careful what we say.

Let our words be full of grace!

Have a blessed day!

  1. I just want to say you look great! I can tell you’ve lost some weight. Not that you were at all heavy before, but you look so fit and thin now. Clothes hang better when leaner, you know?

  2. Perfect sweatshirt for this time of year. I NEED it. Ha Ha You look great as always and its fun to see you go from dressy red dress to this look. I will be thinking of you all, as you go visit your mom’s grave. I think its a wonderful thing you do as family together. Your mom would love that you all are together and with her in spirit. I KNOW she has left her legacy in you. You show Christ in your life to even those of us who don’t even know you. I have been touched MANY times by your scripture you share and just your personality on your blog. That is powerful. What a blessing to touch so many people through social media in a good way. I’m almost ready for Christmas. It helped when my daughter and her husband asked to have it at their house this year…..they live 1 1/2 hrs. away. I feel like I just finished up Thankgsiving. Yesterday, my husband got home early and we went to the tree farm, got our tree and came home to decorate it. Its beautiful. So pretty with the lights on this AM. I just have to wrapped my gifts and do some baking and I think I’m ready. I love to be early and then go out and enjoy the festivities and shop with no pressure with my RED starbucks coffee cup and of course I might have to add your Target Latte’ sweatshirt. Ha Ha. Have a blessed day everyone and to all of you who shared about the lose of your parent or parents. I understand. I lost my dad when I was 39 yrs. old (he was 63 yrs. old) from a strategic accident. I miss him all the time, but this time of year the most. He was the one who always read the Christmas story from the bible before we opened out presents. The other men, including my son have taken over this, but its just not the same. It was dads voice and humbleness I remember. May you all feel HIS peace during the times of missing your loved ones. YOU TOO CYNDI.

  3. This is a perfect outfit for the
casual days and my tree is up
and decorated but lots to do yet.
Yes, our words should be extra
kind this time of year. You never
know what is going on in someones
life and the Holidays could be so
hard for them. Just a smile could
make their day beyond what we
    can comprehend .
    Have a blessed evening!!!

  4. You look comfy and cute at the same time! I saw yours & your sister’s insta stories with your dad and he is just precious! Also your sister’s story from her road trip was hysterical, I’m sure y’all have lots of fun together. I’ll be volunteering to put wreaths on the graves at our VA cemetery where my parents are buried, it is so hard to not have them here. I hope you get to spend lots of time with your sweet dad. God Bless!

  5. What are the differences between a $35 jean, a $68 jean or a $188 pair of jeans? I don’t normally buy high end jeans, but maybe I’m missing something.

  6. Cute outfit love it a latte!!! LOL… 2nd devotion today about our words think God is speaking to ME!!! Thanks for your blog I love it!!

  7. Boy Cyndi, you really can wear it ALL! From a sexy red dress to this casual moto look. #goals

I have a brown coat similar to yours and I never know how to style it. Maybe I’ll try a graphic tee.

    Always love your posts!!

  8. I love this outfit Cyndi. It’s casual yet classy. Perfect for shopping or whatever. I appreciate you sharing about your mom. I can relate. I lost my mom 10 years ago to metastatic breast cancer. She was only 61 when she died. The holidays have never been quite the same for me. My mom made everything so special. I miss her terribly but I rejoice in the godly legacy she left.

  9. Such a cute outfit… I love the graphic sweatshirts and I wear the one you last styled from target a lot. I too miss my mom especially this time of year. She loved the Christmas season and as much as we were allowed to have the fun stuff that went along with Christmas we never forgot the real reason for the season and Christ was very much apart of our celebrations, concerts etc. and giving to those less fortunate. I never thought that I wouldn’t have both my parents with me for the holidays before age 50(as my Dad just passed this past April). But the traditions they both instilled in me I carry on for my own family and they are in our hearts as we remember such a wonderful time in history of Jesus birth.
    Have a great weekend
    Blessings
    Karen
