I recently shared about my CoolSculpting procedure. CoolSculpting is ideal for adults with stubborn pockets of fat that have been resistant to diet and exercise.

I have been exercising using the Faster Way To Fat Loss program but there are some areas on my body that have been particularly stubborn and seem resistant to exercise.

CoolSculpting piqued my interest so I decided to give it a try. I chose to have my treatment done at Prive Med Spa in Lexington, Ky. and if you’re local, I highly recommend Prive!

I had a small fat pocket on my right axilla area. It’s also called a nugget. I noticed it when I wore tank tops and ironically my left side was fine. (God didn’t make the left and right sides of our bodies to match exactly.) Exercising didn’t help this area so I did one treatment in September.

Keeping Fit With CoolSculpting #coolmoments I have had several areas treated with CoolSculpting and I have to say this was the most sensitive area but it wasn’t unbearable. It does stay numb for a few weeks but again it’s nothing that’s unbearable.

I hope that you will share the other areas that you had treated and some before and after photos if possible….Your opinion and results will help me make my decision to go ahead or not….I am very interested in hearing your opinion on the areas you had treated….Thanks so much!

  2. Cyndi you look great but would you have done it if you weren’t compensated?
    I know we all have areas that we don’t like about ourselves but usually its not noticed by others. But if its something that bothers us enough, than we should feel good about taking care of it; as long as we can afford to it.

    1. No I wouldn’t have simply because if I were going to spend that money there are a few other things I would have had done to my body. Varicose veins, microneedling, etc.

  4. Are your pictures above before and after? I don’t see a difference and I mean this in a good way. You look great in all the pictures and I would have never noticed more fat in one arm. Thanks for sharing your adventure and glad it worked for you. I’ve heard its very expensive for the results so I wouldn’t try it. YES!!!! Go sledding. Wish we had snow. Just rain here. Although, this weekend is suppose to be sunny and in the 50’s crazy.

  5. I love the way you take great care of yourself. You are a great inspiration. I tried some treatments on a cruise to Hawaii this past spring and it worked great on reducing fat and inches in my tummy area. I had two treatments and was very pleased.

  7. Thank you for sharing about coolsculpting , it is very interesting. I wasn’t sure what it was at first . Can’t wait to here more about it . Beauty from the Heart today is so true . Hope you only get snow and no ice or freezing rain . Have fun sledding, I would definitely do that too . I really enjoyed the Winter Wellness class last night , I learned so much , can’t wait for the next ones .

  8. You do always look great. I just started Faster Way Way to Fat Loss on January 1st and want to see how in shape I get after that before CoolSculpting becomes an option. So far FWTFL awesome! You also mentioned you had several areas done. Are you willing to share what those other areas were?

I have too looked into cool sculpting only because after my surgery my lower abdomen has been pretty tough to train. 😂 Nothing that I’ Really ashamed of, but sometimes my jeans make it hurt. I might wait a little longer to see if I can drop one more size. I’m not wanting my body to look the way it looked 14 yrs ago before any of my six pregnancies, but just like you, I want to look good formy age! Luv’u! 🤗

  12. Thank you Cyndi for sharing this. I look forward to more info. Just curious…..will it work for “fatty knees”? Or should I say the fat cellulite deposits around the knee area that is so hard too tone. ~Lisa~

    1. I had it done a while ago and wasn’t that impressed. It is also very expensive! You have to be at your goal weight. It is not for weight loss. It is to help tone and get rid of stubborn areas. It cost me $5000 for two areas.

  13. Interesting 🙂 and Thank you for sharing this experience Cyndi. I hope you will share more because I’m interested, however I have a very good friend who indicated she didn’t feel it was worth the cost – that she didn’t see any difference in the areas treated. Now, let me follow this to say she is tiny/petite and probably a size 2-4 depending on brand. I have some problem areas that I would REALLY like to see gone, and no amount of exercise is going to address these areas.
    I suspect you’re going to have some people very opposed to this kind of thing, but not me :). I don’t want to look 20, but I do want this 50+ me the best I can be.
