Well, it’s Day 22 of my 22 Days of Spring Fashion. This will go down as one of my coldest spring series. I’ve styled 22 days of clothes that I can’t wear yet. Haha!
Today I’m styling this casual spring dress from Gap. I have seen this dress around blog land, and I thought it was cute. I finally decided to try it for myself, and I’m glad I did. The best part is it’s 40% off with code HAPPY.
The dress is a soft jersey knit, and the length is longer than most dresses. Yes!
Baublebar is my go-to place for jewelry, and I love these big white earrings. They’re fun for spring and summer. I couldn’t find the exact pair (I know they’re on there somewhere) but this is an option.
I think this dress would be work appropriate. If your office is chilly, you could add a cardigan.

Would this be wayyyy too long for me if I’m 5’3″. The model shows it over the knee but I like it right above the knee like on you. I usually wear XS or S in GAP. Love this dress. Looks great on you.
I saw on line that the dress comes in petit and I believe the colors are navy and white, plain black and plain grey.

Ummmm? Just looked. I only see Regular and Tall.
Oh they may be sold out in petite on the US site. I’m in Canada and our site shows petite still available.. but only in large now ,maybe they will restock. Good luck:)

I do love this dress, Cyndi! Sometimes GAP clothes look a little to young for me, I think. But I think this one has a very sophisticated silhouette while still appearing young and fresh. And you look stunning in it. I hope you have a blessed, beautiful and WARMER weekend!

I like a dress that is “multi-functional” :-), work, play, church, etc. this one would fit the bill. The length would be too much for me – hahaha, but that’s almost always the case anyway. Glad I have a good seamstress, although I do have to consider that in the cost of clothes.
I love this dress and it looks super comfortable. Also love the new way you are styling your hair and would love to have you do a blog on the cut, how you style and the products you use.
Its cold here in Colorado also. But it suppose to warm back up in the 60’s next week, if we can just get through the weekend with some snow and rain mix. Ugh!!
