CoolSculpting Results-Upper Arm

*This post is sponsored by CoolSculpting. I was compensated for the treatment and for sharing my experience. All opinions are my own.

In January I shared my CoolSculpting procedureCoolSculpting is ideal for adults with stubborn pockets of fat that have been resistant to diet and exercise.

I chose to have my treatment done at Prive Med Spa in Lexington, Ky. and if you’re local, I highly recommend Prive Med Spa. They’re incredibly professional, and Jessica did a great job explaining the whole procedure.

The CoolSculpting procedure safely delivers precisely controlled cooling to gently and effectively target the fat cells underneath the skin. Treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen), then die. Over time, your body naturally processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells, leaving a more sculpted you.

I think the key to this process is time. The longer out your treatment, the more you will notice a difference.

The picture below is a before and after photo taken about eight weeks out from the procedure. I could definitely tell the difference in how my upper arm area looked and felt after eight weeks.

I don’t stand with my arms out, so I think it’s more noticeable to me in tank tops. My arms feel better, and I’m continuing to see results from the CoolSculpting procedure.

Also, this upper arm area was not uncomfortable at all; I did feel numbness in that area a few weeks post-treatment.

Overall, I’m pleased with the treatment of my upper arm area. Even with lifting weights this is a stubborn area, and CoolSculpting was a helpful solution.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m on FacebookPinterest, and my favorite one, Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. Psalm 62:8

I love to imagine God as our refuge. He protects us from danger; he provides shelter in a storm, vindication in the face of shame, and friendship in times of loneliness.

Have a blessed day!

  1. Thank you for sharing your opinion on cool sculpting, it is nice to learn about different options. I am loving the FWTFL program and appreciate you sharing about your experience with that program as well! My sister shared the book “Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up” and it has really changed my perspective on “stuff.” The key principle is that you should only surround yourself with things that bring you joy! As a Christian, I love this concept! I believe that happiness is dependent on what is happening in the moment, but true joy comes from God. The system in a nut shell is to hold each item and if it brings you joy, keep it, if it doesn’t, it’s time to share it with someone else! Again, this speaks to me as I have way too much, and there are lots of people that my stuff could provide joy to! Just in case you aren’t sure what it feels like for an item to bring you joy… find something that Cole made/gave you that you treasure. Yep! that’s joy! Now, start with your shirts, hold each one and see if you feel the same, if not? it’s time for that shirt to go! Same thing with household items, picture frames, books, jewelry, pocket books, socks, bras, mugs, etc, etc, etc. Thanks for always bringing me joy!!!

  2. Is there a measurable difference in your arms, because from just seeing the pictures, I really can’t see a difference, but I’m sure you notice a difference.

  3. Hi Cyndi…

Love your results with cool sculpting. I actually went to a consultation in my area. I would lives to do this but it’s very pricey. What is the price in your town? In Tampa, it was $6500 for just lower abs. Yikes!

  4. Can’t wait ‘til your home is all furnished and decorated!
You look amazing! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I think that’s something I’d definitely consider in the future.

  5. Many blessings on your new home! Exciting times, to be sure. And that new grandbaby will be here before you know it!

I’m very interested in Cool Sculpting and will look into it in my area. Thank you for sharing your results.

  6. Hi Cyndi. You look great! You mentioned being compensated, do you know the price point? I’m sure depending on the area it is different

    Thank you

  7. Glad to hear your move has gone well. Now as you say comes the fun part… well maybe not so much but a move is a good time to get rid of stuff we haven’t used in years and wonder why we’re holding onto it. We are all funny that way I guess. Your arms do look great. I have been upping my game with the weights and I know what you mean by the stubbornness ughh!! But I’ll keep plugging away and see what happens. I’m tempted to try something like cool sculpting but hmmmm I’m a little hesitant and may want to sculpt too many areas lol. Oh well your looking great and glad you feel happy with the results.
    Blessings
    Karen

  8. You look fabulous Cyndi. I would really like to try this, but thought it was just another hoax! Hope you feel better soon.
