I Found The Jumpsuit!

It’s no secret that jumpsuits are trending this summer and I’ve been searching for the perfect one, and I finally found it. The color is gorgeous, and it fits good. The downside, it’s a little pricey.

I know you, my sweet friends, well enough to know that you like a deal, but I loved this so much I decided to splurge. If you have a summer wedding, a high school reunion, a wedding rehearsal dinner, or anything that requires you to dress up, this might be worth splurging on.

I Found The Jumpsuit! The color looks bright in these pictures, but truthfully it is bright! You can’t hide in this jumpsuit.

I Found The Jumpsuit!I added white earrings and a gold bracelet. It doesn’t need too much bling.

I Found The Jumpsuit!I Found The Jumpsuit!Have you tried a jumpsuit?

Beauty For the Heart~~So be very careful how you live, not being like those with no understanding, but live honorably with true wisdom, for we are living in evil times. Take full advantage of every day as you spend your life for his purposes. Ephesians 5:15-16 (TPT)

  1. What a truly sweet reminder that our walk with God can always shines through…if we choose. Whether Sharing a scripture or a prayer…thank you Cyndi for making room in your awesome daily fashion online website to remind others that God’s hope and love is always a priority….a great ministry!

  2. Cyndi, I love your clothes and think you are a sweet Godly lady. I have a bit of a problem with paying $148 for one piece of clothing. Not to mention the cost of most of your clothes and accessories. I know you do say it is an investment but when you have to choose food or fancy clothes- it is not an investment. I have noticed over the last few years you are modeling more and more expensive clothing. I don’t know but am guessing you get some of those clothes free or discounted. We, your peeps don’t have that luxury. I don’t want this to sound like I am bashing you because I really do like you so much. As many people as are in America with a “spending/budgeting problem” do you think is it a Godly witness to dangle the proverbial carrot of “stuff” in front of them? If I may give some advice I do ask you rethink showing so many items that are expensive and then call them investments. It helps to justify buying those way-too-expensive items. I know this is your job and it appears Nordstrom is using you to advertise for them. Please know I am trying to be sincere and not judgmental. You are a great witness for Christ. Thank you and I do love you my sister in Christ.

    1. Hi Ann, First, I would never say choose clothes over food and that is never implied on this blog. The jumpsuit is NOT an investment piece, I made it clear that it was a splurge.

Also, I buy 95% of my clothes that I style. This blog is my job and it has evolved over the years I try to be a service to women who want help with styling and shopping. It is not for everyone and there are plenty of blogs that women can find that fit their budget and their lifestyle.

I will say that the week I posted this jumpsuit, I posted a pair of jeans for $24, a top for $49, a graphic tee for $14.99 and a dress under $60. I personally believe that is a good mixture of price ranges.

At 51, I have invested in some handbags and jewelry that are good quality and if it fits into someone’s budget, I think those are pieces that you could spend more on because you can wear them over and over again.

I always appreciate constructive criticism and I’m sorry that you feel that I am dangling a proverbial carrot in front of you.

      1. Thank you for responding to my comments. I didn’t say you were dangling the proverbial carrot in front of ME. I appreciate you taking time to respond and hope you have a blessed day.

  3. Wow! You look absolutely FABULOUS!!!🔥🔥🔥
Thank you for the shoe inspiration too hehe😏

  4. I would love jumpsuit and have seen some very cute ones out there, the only issue for me is my frequent need to empty my bladder 🙄 Yep! I said that!

    1. No worries Robyn! Opt for a jumpsuit with a pull-on/off style. The fewer buttons, zips, straps etc makes it easier to deal with at that special time!

    2. i am old enough to have worn the jumpsuits of a few years ago and the bladdder situation was a challenge then and would be even worse with the accumulation of birthdays. So i am agreeing with you or is it empathy ? one feels like they are in the midst of a Lucille Ball or Carol Burnett episode when struggling in a public restroom.

    1. Debra, have you checked all your folders? I used to get Cyndi`s emails in my primary folder, but recently they’ve been showing up in my Promotions folder for whatever reason.

  5. This looks really nice on you. Thanks for sharing. The color is beautiful. How are you liking your new home? Are you going to share about your recent Young Living conference? Blessings to you and your family.

  6. Love this jumpsuit Cyndi….I feel jumpsuits make a person look taller and I like that as I am 5′ 3″ along with a nice heel will make you look even taller, Score!

    All the best

  7. I love that jumpsuit! You look stunning! I have been looking fora jumpsuit for a while but at 5’9 they tend to run too short or tight. There always an issue… I’ll keep looking though. Have a great day:)

  8. This is super cute and looks great on you. However, I don’t know if I’d wear it to a wedding. I think it would definitely detract attention from the bride.
    But for other occasions, sure.

  9. wow! this is the confident woman’s jumpsuit for sure. You certainly can’t hide in that one… Such a beautiful color. I love the idea of a jumpsuit for a rehearsal dinner. I will have to remember that if they are still the trend next year. I do have a jumpsuit which I didn’t pay a lot for from ON . I’ve worn it once as there are the pro’s and con’s with them, and this one was patterned so I really need to be in a bold mood LOL. to wear it. I think one with the crop leg for me would be better, with a wedge. Thanks for the idea, and enjoyed your BFTH another verse for my journal:)

  10. Love that jumper! No, I’ve not tried a jump since I was lIttle. Lol I love them though. That suc a bea color on you. I ha done juice fastings too, but i make my own. Loving that quote! Hugs

  11. Cyndi, This is beautiful. It looks much better on you than on the Banana model!!! Love the color. I think the price is quite reasonable, too….comparable to the price of most dresses.

  12. Cyndi, you do look fabulous in this jumpsuit. And you are right, you cannot hide while wearing it. The jumpsuit bandwagon is one that I will not be on; it’s just not my thing. Have a blessed day!

  13. This is GORGEOUs!!!
Love the color. A little price for me,but I love it.
Wish You would show the back.
I enjoy your blog so much.
Hope the baby is doing well.

  14. It may be a little pricey but first of all, if you wear it a ton, it’s totally worth it. And secondly, Banana Republic is always having some sales going on, so it’s rare you’d pay full price. In fact, right now it says 50% off!! Then it’s a great deal!!
I think jumpsuits are the same like dresses—they are easy and make such a fabulous statement!!
    You look amazing Cyndi!!
    XOXO
