Happy Friday ladies! Today I’m styling a black dress from Macy’s with my favorite leopard heels. I was looking back at my pictures, and I’ve worn a lot of black clothes lately.
Over the past month, I’ve been to several funerals. I lost my father-in-law, a friend of ours lost his father and my cousin last her father. So it would make sense that I’ve worn a lot of black.
With that being said, black is not just for funerals so I would wear this black dress to church or any occasion I wanted to dress up. It’s comfortable, and it doesn’t wrinkle!
I can’t say enough about these leopard heels. I love them, and I will be adding them to a lot of my outfits. My clutch is several years old, and it doesn’t have a brand name on it, so I linked several similar ones below
I kept my jewelry simple with gold hoop earrings, my kate spade watch, and bracelet.
If you’re looking for a cute little black dress, this is a good one to add to your wardrobe.
Black dress (I’m wearing a small)//Leopard heels (I went up a 1/2 size)//Earrings//Clutch (option here and here)//Watch//Bracelet
I’m so honored that you have taken time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on Facebook, Pinterest, and my favorite one, Instagram.
Beauty For the Heart~~Maybe you have been given your mountain to show other people that it can be moved. ~ Rachel Hollis
I promise you, if you have faith inside of you no bigger than the size of a small mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move away from here and go over there,’ and you will see it move! There is nothing you couldn’t do! Matthew 17:20
Have a blessed day!
Cyndi, you look absolutely lovely! That outfit is appropriate for SO many occasions, and I love the heels on your leopard pumps!
I hope your family is finding comfort in the knowledge that your father in law is with Jesus. Still praying for you all.
This a very classy looking dress and

You’re so sweet Beth, thank you!!
The whole look is perfect!! I love the shoes! I was wondering if you could help us non fashion people with how to pair leopard prints? You do such a great job!
Ha!! My rule is to think of it as a neutral.
I was just leaving Prive’ this morning and saw a very attractive lady walking in. I realized it was you as the door was closing behind me. Kicked myself all the way to my car for not going back in and talking to you.
😘
That is so funny!! I wish you would have said Hi.
Cyndi:
Love this outfit. I think my LBD needs an update and this one would be a great update. Loved the Beauty of the Heart quote today. I have a special young lady in my life who continue to move mountains although she has special needs, She inspires me when I feel like I want to quit. Feeling very blessed. Thanks!
Cyndi, is this dress and shoes appropriate for a wedding?
Yes I think so!
That dress is fantastic and could be a great year-round piece. Add a jacket or cardigan and it has a totally different look. I like simple, and I love black, and mixed with the print..well done!
This is a very figure flattering dress on you and everyone should have at least one good black dress. Sorry youve had to attend so many funerals lately. That happened to me a few years back and It seems to come in seasons. Enjoy your weekend.
Glad to hear Wayne’s mom is doing well… I know what you mean about Funerals:( I’m only 50 and my husband and I have been to over 12 or more on the last 5 years… I was starting to think all I should own should be black :(… thanks for putting a different spin on it as I do like black in general and love those shoes:) have a great weekend.. we are off th the states for some R&R and shopping of coursr😉😉
Blessings
Karen
Have fun shopping!!
What a perfect quote for the day, Cyndi. Thank you so much for the much needed reminder.
Those leopard heels seem like a match made in heaven with that dress. I truly think that leopard shoes are something any woman can wear. Heck, my mom, the 80+ model on my blog, has at least 3 pairs….
XOXO
