GibsonxLIY Cozy Collection is Here!

Happy Monday ladies! The GibsonxLIY Cozy Collection is here, and it does not disappoint. If you haven’t heard, my friend Erin from Living in Yellow partnered with Gibson and created a cozy collection of clothes that are perfect for cold weather.

The great thing about the pieces….they can be dressed up or dressed down. I chose to style the off the shoulder fleece in grey leopard. It comes in several different colors.

GibsonxLIY Cozy Collection is Here! This fleece is soft, and I love that it isn’t tight around the stomach area. This line of clothing is all about comfort.

GibsonxLIY Cozy Collection is Here! While the top is a fleece material, I think it can be dressed up and worn during the holidays.

Next up, is this gorgeous green wrap top. It also comes in several different colors, but I thought the green would be fun to wear to a holiday party.

GibsonxLIY Cozy Collection is Here! Again, the material is soft and oh so comfortable.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and my favorite one, Instagram.

Beauty For The Heart~~2 Corinthians 4:16-18 AMP, “Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is [progressively] decaying and wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day after day.

For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease!],

Since we consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting.”

This life is temporal and although it can be overwhelming at times, I pray we will look to Jesus and know that He is with us. There’s nothing that we go through that is a surprise to Him.

Have a blessed day!

  1. Love the post. Surely the manufacturers/retailers should realise that it’s the older lady who has more disposable income and are far more interested in fashion than previous generations

  2. i`m won by your style; i like the way you design yourself and the encouraging words that keep us lively thank you.

  3. Cyndi, you look absolutely beautiful in these outfits! No one would ever believe you are an over 50 blogger. Your hair looks amazing in these pics! Thank you for sharing this clothing line.

  4. Although I love both of the tops and glad to see they come in petite, the price points are just a bit too high. But thanks for sharing and hope your mother in law is comfortable and doing better.

  5. Hi Cyndi. So sorry about your MIL. My father fell and broke his hip when he was around 83 or 84ish. He had surgery for a repair. They had to insert a plate & screws. He did recover but it left him with a limp. I’m praying your MIL heals completely! Glad you enjoyed your family in your new DR 😘

  6. Thanks for sharing! I’m always on the lookout for stylish yet modest clothes for a mature figure. It’s easy to find frumpy, skimpy, or clothes designed for teens. These look so comfy! Have you considered a post on the christening of your new dining room table? Pictures of the table setting, menu, etc! Continued prayers for your mother-in-law.

  7. I was just looking at Erin blog yesterday and admiring her pieces. Funny to see today you have styled two of them. This looks like a great line. I know I would love to open a fashion store here for woman my age 50 and under who want to dress in the up to date styles with some trends. We seem to have very little here that offers that…. I hope and pray your mother-in -law will start to see some improvement. I am sure it took a lot out of her and we know the older we get we just do not always bounce back the way we would like. Have a great day … Would love to see pics of your finished dining room:)

  8. So sorry to hear of your Mother in Law, it has to be so hard for her losing husband and being in the hospital. Prayers going up for her and the family. You look absolutely amazing in both tops. I love both of the tops and they look like they could be very forgiving if you eat to much for Thanksgiving. Blessing to you….

  9. Great items! Love Erin and LIY! Do you think that off the shoulder top could be worn on the shoulders? To dress down and in winter I’d rather wear it that way. Thanks! Prayers to your mother in-law.

  10. I continue to pray for your Mother-in-Law that she makse a turn for the better, even today. It’s scary when they take a fall at her age but God is holding onto her and I pray she feels His comfort and strength. Praying for God’s comfort and strength for you and Wayne as well.
The outfits are gorgeous! You are so classy and make fashion come together so easily for us who read your Blog! Gibson would be well served if they choose to work with you, all in God’s timing and will. I hug you in my heart Cyndi!

  11. Prayers to your mother in law. It is hard to watch our parents as they age, and it is good that you are close by and able to comfort her in person.

I am so on board with you having a clothing line. Women our age are very much a demographic that needs to be served! Let us know how we can help you make it happen!

  12. May I ask how old you are? I’ve been following for a while now and on Pinterest …. you have definitely changed your style! I still prefer the longer tunic tops, sweaters, cardigans and loose fitting for my age. But you have had a weight change please don’t forget about us that haven’t.
    Thank you

  13. Love the outfits.. You always make each outfit look great. I was wondering if you are doing a balayage on your hair. Looks great as always and I like it long.

  14. Cyndi,

I am 51 and do much of my shopping online. They are so missing the boat! I follow a few bloggers, ranging in age for ideas. However, I would say my style most emulates your style and I always look to you first for fashion advice and ideas. Thank you for all your work!

  15. Sending prayers for your mother-in-law, and for you all as care-givers. It is hard to care for “seasoned” adults – often harder than babies because they have opinions and want things their way even though their way often causes much more stress on all. BFTH today is spot on, and thank you for that! We are in a season of waiting at our house, waiting on God to answer prayers one way or another. It’s not life or death, but it is the quality of our lives at stake.
I would love to see you get a clothing line – you have such good taste, and I’m certain it would be beautiful pieces!

  16. Love both of these outfits and will be ordering the tops. Good prices and they look so cute on you.

Sorry to hear that your mother-in-law is not recovering well but will continue to pray that God will walk closely with her through this time of healing. It is so hard to see a loved one in pain. Prayers to you and Wayne as you provide support to her.
