One of the easiest ways to transition to spring is to start with accessories, from shoes to jewelry, accessories are the easiest way to update your spring wardrobe.
I’m excited to team up with Nordstrom today and share the accessories I like to add to my outfits. Nordstrom has affordable accessories (under $100), and I’m sharing some of my favorites.
I think shoes might be my very favorite accessory! This spring, slip-on sneakers are a must, and these Caslon Slip-on Sneakers come in black, taupe, gray, and blush (I’m wearing the blush color).
I added some hoop earrings. These are a trendy clear hoop earring with a golden ball behind the ear. I’m also wearing a simple bar necklace that I have had for several years.
You can also add a longer necklace if you want to layer your necklaces. This large ring pendant necklace would look good with the bar necklace.
Another accessory I wear all the time is my Kate Spade bracelet. I have it in silver too. This bracelet is a classic that you can add to any outfit. It can also be layered with your favorite watch and of course more bracelets.
Handbags are another great accessory and Nordstrom has a huge selection of handbags. I’m carrying a faux-leather hobo bag with an adjustable strap and a gleaming ring emblem. It’s is a great everyday handbag!

You and Jo Lynne really hit it out of the park today with two great casual options. Both right up my alley:) I just bought a slip on sneaker shoe almost identical in the blush with the higher wedged sole and can’t wait to start wearing them ( which should be soon as things are drying up)… it was nice to see what color handbag you styled as well as I was thinking I had to go lighter?? I know what you mean about a crazy week. I have 40 woman coming to our home tomorrow as I’m hosting a bridal shower for our daughter. I’m so looking forward to it, it’s been 2 months in the making so I’m excited to see it come together. I’ve reminded myself one day at a time and all with Gods help… happy weekend…
i’m sorry to hear that you had a mini breakdown. I’ve had them before where I am completely overwhelmed by all I have to do. Funny thing though, we always get it all done and then wonder why we overreacted. In my case, it’s usually because I’m overtired. I hope you manage some down time this weekend.
