Seeing Stars with a Baseball Tee

It’s Day 26 of 26 Days of Spring Fashion!! How did that happen?? I think this is the fastest 26 days yet! Haha!

I’m sure part of that was due to the fact I was gone on vacation for almost two weeks (I’m going to share our cruise highlights on Tuesday).

Since it’s the weekend, I’m styling a casual outfit; I’m wearing a baseball tee with camo pants from LOFT for day 26 of this series.

Seeing Stars with a Baseball TeeMy baseball tee is from Evereve, and it has stars on the sleeve. The stars are what got me!! Star-printed clothing and accessories are huge right now, and I think this is the first thing I’ve purchased with stars on it.

Seeing Stars with a Baseball TeeSeeing Stars with a Baseball TeeI did a front tuck and left the back out. I get asked a lot about how to do a front tuck, and there’s nothing magical about it, you just tuck it in and adjust it to your liking. It doesn’t have to be perfect.

Seeing Stars with a Baseball TeeI love all the blush colors right now, and I shared my sneakers with you yesterday. They’re perfect for spring, and I added a pink crossbody bag from Target.

Seeing Stars with a Baseball Tee I’ve had these camo pants for quite a while, but LOFT still has them available, and they’re 40% off right now with code HELLO.

If you want some less expensive baseball tees or less expensive sneakers, I added a few below. Click on the picture to get all the details.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and, Instagram.

Make sure you stop by and see what Jo-Lynne is styling for our 26 Days of Spring Fashion!

BEAUTY FOR THE HEART~~Ecclesiastes 7:8 NLT says, Finishing is better than starting.

Since we are ending another series, I thought about this verse. I finished this series but more importantly, I want to finish this journey called life and finish it well.

It’s not how you start, you might stumble or fall, but get back up and finish well. We have children and grandchildren coming up behind us. It doesn’t mean perfection; it means striving to live a life that is worthy of our calling (Ephesians 4:1).

Have a blessed day!

  1. Hi Cyndi,
I absolutely love that outfit & ordered both the pants & top. I just got the top & it is a bit see through. It doesn’t look see through in your pictures. Did you wear something under it?

  2. Such a cute, casual look for the weekend! Thanks for being such a good role model for us! I’m 44 yrs old and inspired by your example of healthy living.

    Questions for you:
    1) what are your bible reading/ study routine? Every day or weekly?
    2) what would your typical lunch and supper meals look like? Do you snack? You look absolutely terrific!!
    3) what is your fav daytime outfit look?

Thanks for sharing and being a Godly woman for us to be inspired by! God bless!

  3. Hi, I subscribe to your emails, however today was the second day in a row that each time I click on the message in my email it says that the site is insecure. I left my email and searched cyndispivey.com separately and also discovered that in my search bar it says insecure. Just an FYI, I am not sure what changed, I have been a subscriber for at least 3 years.

  4. Hi Cyndi, I enjoy your blog so much! I’ve never commented or asked a question before, but I do have a question. I have a pear shape with short legs. Summer is coming, and the conventional wisdom is that I shouldn’t try to pull off cropped pants or capris. What do I wear to be cool and stylish in spring/summer. Do you have any suggestions? I thought this might be a good question for your question and answer blog coming up. I am not as thin as you….(5’4″ 134 lbs. ), although I am working on losing 5-10 lbs. I don’t think I would look nice in the slim pants you look so good in! My tummy is fit and flat and my upper body is toned. My lower body, however, is classic pear. There are muscles underneath from working out, but padding on my hips and thighs hide the muscles! A second question:
Are there any fashion bloggers that you are aware of that are pear shaped and style clothes for that type? Blessings to you. I appreciate your vulnerability and openness about your faith. Keep shining your light!

    1. I have the same issues! 5’2″, 150, flat stomach and muscular under the padding. I go with the brands that have a curvy fit. We can wear some crop pants, but it is tricky.

  5. Hi there, I look forward to your email every morning, especially “beauty for the heart”. Your words are always so encouraging. I was wondering if you’ve ever showed your closet and how you organize your clothes? With so many pieces you must have a good system? Thank you for taking the time, blessing, Tara

  6. We’re on a Caribbean cruise right now and I was surprised most of the islands we’ve visited do not allow you to wear camouflage clothing of any kind.

  7. Burning question: can you please share your under eye concealer application process and the products you use? I read where you said you have dark circles, and I’d like to see how you hide them so well!

  8. Love this outfit.. I didn’t realize stars were in so that’s good to know. I can’t wait to visit Target when we are in the states next month. They have such cute things. I bought a blush tote from them last year but the crossbody would also be a great addition. Happy weekend 😀

  9. I love that you are styling $100 shoes with a Target purse. It’s the reason I follow you. Women should wear what they love and not get so caught up in brands and designer attire because it doesn’t have to be expensive to be cute. Thanks for another great spring fashion series and enjoy your weekend.

    1. Hi Sharon!! I would love to meet you, I’ll share more info. soon but you are welcome to stop by and you don’t have to register.
      Blessings,
      Cyndi
