Merry Christmas!

Happy Tuesday! Christmas is here and I’m thankful to have a few days to spend with my family. We will start our festivities this afternoon at church with our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, and then we’ll head to my Dad and Janet’s house.

Tomorrow we have Christmas here with our kids and then all my family will come over for Christmas dinner. It’s a busy couple of days, but I love the time with my family.

A few weeks ago, on a cold and windy day, we had some pictures taken with our kids and grandkids. No one was overly excited (except for Wayne and me) because it was cold, but I asked them to do it for us.

Now that we have the pictures, I think they’re glad we took them.

Pictures don’t always tell the whole story, but let me say we are a family that’s thankful for Jesus and His grace. No family is perfect and we are a family that has weathered a lot of storms and thankfully we have come out stronger.

These are my people, and I love them dearly! So from our family to your family, MERRY CHRISTMAS! May you feel His love and His peace more than ever this Christmas!

Claire was in no mood to smile, and we tried everything!
