The Year of Bracelets with Victoria Emerson

This post is sponsored by Victoria Emerson.

Happy Friday, ladies! I feel like I’m still in holiday mode, and I’m never sure exactly what day it is, but I’m hoping next week to get back to a schedule.

We are headed to Georgia this morning. Our great niece is getting married tomorrow afternoon, and we are driving back home after the wedding.

We need to be back for church on Sunday, so it’s going to be a super quick trip!

Today I’m styling some Victoria Everson bracelets, this past year bracelets have been on-trend. The more you stack, the better!

I wear Victoria Emerson bracelets all the time, they’re so easy to add to my outfits.

Right now, you can get Buy One, Get One Free. No code needed.

I like mixing the boho cuffs with the wraps.

The Mini Boho Cuff that I’m wearing does not have a magnetic closure, but it has a chain and clasp.

The wrap bracelet has one clasp with closures at 34″, 35″ and 36″.  You fit it to your wrist and then cut off any excess leather.

I love that they have added colorful enamel bracelets to their collection!

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~ A pastor friend of ours shared this about the New Year, and I thought it was good:

One of my favorite New Year’s verses is “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin…” (Zechariah 4:10)

Don’t be ashamed to start small. It might be in the small beginnings that you see traction toward the big achievements you really want to see happen.

Here are 10 examples of simple resolutions you can actually keep:

1. I will talk (and listen) to God more this year.
2. I will think before I eat.
3. I will do some form of exercise or physical activity every week.
4. I’ll open my Bible every day.
5. I’ll work on improving my patience.
6. I’ll organize one closet (or even one drawer).
7. I’ll try to consider other people’s side of an issue.
8. I’ll strive to be a better listener.
9. I’ll smile more. (Stretch yourself and insert laugh here.)
10. I’ll remind myself of one thing I’m thankful for every day. ~Ron Edmonson

Ladies, the small things matter. Let’s start the New Year with some attainable goals. Don’t beat yourself up if you mess up. Get up and start again!

Have a blessed day!

  1. I bought these bracelets for all of my girlfriends for Christmas. I love them so much that I wanted them to have some to enjoy. We need to get together for lunch or coffee again.

  2. Thank you for sharing the 10 simple resolutions. Great advice and a reminder to focus on what truly matters. I shared something similar on my recent post and encouraged others to check out yours, as well. Thanks for sharing! Happy New Year! http://www.commonthoughtsblog.com

  3. Hey! Just curious as to what style and color of dress you’re wearing to the wedding. I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks and it’s actually in Georgia as well. Having a difficult time choosing a dress. Will you please share if you don’t mind?
    Thanks,
    Kathy

  4. Your outfit is relaxed but chic. it would be great for air travel this time on year, too.

Perfect timing on the Victoria Everson sale, as well! I was able to splurge on a couple of things that I had been eyeing. I think their bracelets would also make wonderful gifts for birthdays or for Mother’s Day for the women in my family.

  5. I put some of the bracelets you styled before Christmas on my birthday wish list😉. I love the outfit and the sweater but can’t do wool:( I do have one similar so I can definitely style this outfit. Hope you enjoy the wedding and safe travels.
We are enjoying temps in the 40’s today when usually we are in the minus temps…
    Blessings
    Karen

  6. Does the sweater fit oversized? I’m only 5’3”……Usually XS in Loft sweaters. I don’t like wide sweaters. Looks great on you the size you got. :). I’m always afraid to try Amazons clothes. Have fun trip.

  7. I am curious, when you say you have to make the trip short because you have to be in church Sunday morning. Is that because you are participating in a special program that depends on you. Or does it mean that you never miss attending your home church and cannot attend a church in the area you are visiting. Or does it mean that you never miss church. Would you not attend the wedding if it was held on a Sunday?

    1. Dawn that’s funny!! I do miss church at times and I love to visit other churches when we travel.
My husband is scheduled to sing on the praise team Sunday morning so we have to be back. I should I have explained that better. 🙂

  8. Thanks for the list of “small things.” I took a screenshot so I can see it (and measure myself) frequently. Think I may have to order that sweater, too 😄. Thanks for all the encouragement you offer. You’re beautiful!
