FABLETICS Athletic Wear

Happy hump day! Today I’m sharing FABLETICS athletic wear. I love their athletic wear and have several pieces that I’ve added over the last couple of years. They carry sizes from XS to 4X.

The best way to purchase FABLETICS is to become a VIP member.

FABLETICS differs from competitors in that they are a subscription-based company; customers have the option to shop as a guest at retail prices or sign up for their flexible membership program to receive discounts, exclusive merchandise, and more.

FABLETCIS’ membership is a “flexible membership” – members have the option to shop every month or skip and not be charged as long as you do so between the 1st and 5th of the month. Most months, I skip until I’m ready to purchase.

Here is one of my FABLETICS athletic wear outfits. I’m wearing the Kathie Seamless Ruched Tank. This tank is made from a seamless fabric, which feels like you’re wearing next to nothing.

The ruching is on the back of the tank.

I’m wearing my sneakers that I recently purchased from Amazon.

My leggings are the High-Waisted Printed PowerHold Legging in the burgundy camo color. These definitely hold you in, but they are not uncomfortable.

Lastly, I have this coat from FABLETICS. I have been working out at a place close to my house, and I usually take a 5:30 am class. It’s cold, and I need something warm to wear. This coat is reversible.

Health tip:

Eating healthy is always a battle, and one way we have made it easier for us is we order Green Chef. With Green Chef, you get fresh, sustainably-sourced ingredients and recipes delivered right to your door.

They have different menu options such as Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Balanced Living, and a Family Plan. We love the Keto option, which is low carb and gluten-free. I try to eat low carb on Monday and Tuesdays, so this works great.

The food has amazing flavor, and it’s easy to fix (my husband cooks most of the meals). Everything you need is in the box that is delivered to your door.

Our only complaint is that the portions are slightly small. It usually fills me up fine but not my husband, so he snacks later (which he does no matter what we eat!).

I have tried quite a few of the box services, and this one is my favorite!

Have you tried a meal box service? Which is your favorite?

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~Yesterday I saw something called 5 Cardinal rules about life that I thought was good but I tweaked it a bit.

  1. Make peace with your past, so it doesn’t spoil your present. (Forgive and move on)
  2. Don’t worry about what other people think of you; we have an audience of one (Jesus)
  3. Time heals and I believe that comes from Jesus. So give it time.
  4. No one is in charge of your happiness, but you. (There’s a difference between happiness and joy; we can have joy. Galatians 5:22)
  5. Don’t compare yourself to others, and be careful not to judge. You never what they are going through.

Have a blessed day!

  1. I love your cardinal rules. So true!! I had to end a toxic relationship recently and I am trying to forgive and move on. I am in a better place now and I wish the same for the other person too. Time does heal!!

Cute outfits! We have a Fabletics store in our mall but I’ve never bought anything from them.

  2. I started with Blue Apron, then used Hello Fresh for a while, and I’ve been using Home Chef now for almost 2 years solid. I like the choice of meals better than the others. I can always find 4-5 that are low carb each week (no rice, pasta, or potatoes) and I couldn’t find that with the others. We love cooking them together and they are normally always excellent meals. I love not having any waste / throwing out unused produce; they send exactly what we need to use and I don’t feel quilty throwing out a bunch of green onions or extra broccoli that I didn’t use! I love not having to plan & shop so much; I love “planning” on their easy-to-use app!! Thank you for what you do. Always enjoy your posts.

  3. I just started using Hello Fresh and so far enjoy the meals.
I work out three time a week so I’m always looking for cute and comfortable work out clothes. Thanks for posting this today and your hair looks really long. Did you get new extensions or have they just grown out?
Okay here’s another question for you, what type of underwear do you wear under your leggings. I have had the hardest time finding no show -seamless underwear for my workouts.

  4. My husband and I have used Hello Fresh, Freshly and Home Chef… our absolute favorite is Home Chef! He likes the meals and thinks they are delicious and pretty healthy. I love Home Chef the best because they are the easiest to prepare and saves me time in the kitchen! Thank you for your posts everyday. I look forward to reading it daily!

  5. My husband and I did “Hello Fresh” for awhile, but my husband thought the portions were too small too.
I thought I noticed yesterday that your hair was longer. I’m guessing you put in longer extensions. I have to say that you look absolutely darling! Long hair looks gorgeous on you!
Even tho we’re talking about workout wear, and healthy meals, we all come back to your hair. Lol.
I love your workout wear btw…. but a 5:30 am workout class?! You’re a wayyy better person than me! 😉

  6. Love the outfit. You definitely didn’t mention these new long extensions-they look good, but I think your hair is so cute shorter! Plus, I love the Beauty for the Heart today! Bless and be blessed!

  7. Such cute workout wear – and if I worked out at a gym I would def. want some of what you’ve shown this week. I’m lucky if my workout tee doesn’t have paint on it – LOL – and my daughter swears my sweats are left over from 1990 – BIG LOL.
    Love the BFTH today!
and I agree with others here about your hair – either you have new extensions or these photos were taken before your recent hair cut 🙂 – yes, we notice all the details :), and we love you for it all!

  8. I have never used a meal service. I went to Green Chef’s website to check it out and I was looking at the nutrition label. Is the calories, protein etc listed per serving or for 2 servings?

    Thanks

  9. Love this post!! and the inspiration for living!!!! I’m just loving your hair. Are you doing something new product wise?? It has gotten so long and thick!!!
    Blessings!!

  10. Hi Cindi!
I really don’t know how you do it!
Your beauty from the heart is spot
on today. It’s like you know what
    we’re going through!! Thanks again
    for yet another inspirational post!
    Oh…..,and the workout clothes were
    great to. Ha ha. 😀

  11. Hi Cyndi,
I have tried Hello Fresh. Cooking for one, except on weekends..I find that it is still a little pricey for me and I can shop and prep my meals at a fraction of the cost. Note: I eat very simple meals, mostly whole foods eater. On the other hand…Cooking for my better half…involves more meat, butter and BlueBell. (joke) And yes, we found that the Hello Fresh didn’t quite fill him up either. (More Bluebell!)Luckily, I do not live in a food desert and can stop easily by the grocery store.
Loving your activewear looks this week!
Keep up the healthy lifestyle..you are inspiring the rest of us to keep on track and be good stewards of the body that the Lord has given us.

  12. Tried Hello Fresh at the same time my daughter was giving it a try. Wasn’t too crazy about it. I’m not finicky, but the food just didn’t appeal to me. Also, I like to shop at the grocery, plan my meals, and cook. Cooking is a hobby of mine and good therapy. Baking is, too, and I have lovely co-workers who are very appreciative of my efforts!
I am in the stage of life where I don’t need much in the way of material goods, so going to the grocery and shoes (alas) are my major outlets for shopping.
    Love those 5 Cardinal Rules!

  13. We have tried hello fresh. It was convenient but still feeding any where from 3-5 on a weekly basis. Plus for me it’s not the shopping or choosing healthy options it’s making it lol.. Do any come with. Chef in the box 😂.? Are you still wearing hair extensions? It looks like it got longer all of a sudden. Looks very pretty:)
Thanks for the BFTH words to live by😀

  14. I love the Hello Fresh meal kits – I love that they give you the complete recipe so I can remake it on my own later. They have been delicious and use ingredients I normally have in the kitchen.

  15. First, thank you for all your advice on fashion and beauty. I do have a question as far as your workouts. Do you only take group classes or do you workout at home with weights, cardio, etc.?
    Thanks
    Debbie

  16. You are a beautiful blessing to me and others Cyndi!! I love your posts! I love your hair always!! It looks a bit longer lately and I love it! You look beautiful in any length 😄 have a blessed day and thank you for all you do! 😄

  17. I have not tried a meal box service since I don’t mind shopping and prepping for meals. I like to know where everything comes from and to make sure it’s the cleanest food I can buy. Love the camo again!
