7 Shoes Every Woman Should Own + Spring Shoe Trends

Happy hump day! I’ve been looking at spring shoe trends, and to be honest, I’m not crazy over too many of them. I’m going to share some of the trends I like with you below.

First, I’m sharing 7 Shoes Every Women Should Own (these are my go-to shoes!).

1. Flats/Loafers- Most of us love wearing flats and loafers. If I have my pick, I like to wear pointy toe flats. They elongate your leg more than a round toe flat.

Below are some of the flats/loafers I’ve worn over the last several months.

Chambray Shirt (I’m wearing an XS)//Earrings//Kate Spade Watch (similar option here)//Bracelet//Bracelet//Black Flats//Black Belt//Earrings

Halogen Mule (sold out)//Velveteen Moto Jacket (I’m wearing a 00)// Embellished Tee (I’m wearing a 00)//Earrings (these are clip-on)//Tweed Cuff Jeans (I’m wearing a 00 but need to size down)//Tweed Shoulder Bag

I love wearing a leopard print flat/loafer. They are a neutral and go with so many outfits.

Leopard Loafer (TTS)//Flannel Shirt//Black Vest//Jeans

2. A Tan Sandal- When spring and summer roll around, I love to add sandals to my wardrobe, and year after year, these Tory Burch sandals are my favorite neutral sandal. I wear them with shorts, dresses, skirts, etc.

If you want a less expensive option, these are a good dupe and have great reviews.

Casual tank dress (I’m wearing a small)//Earrings//Necklace//Bracelet//Rattan Handbag//Tory Burch Sandals (makeup color)

3. A Classic Pump in Black and Tan- If you can wear heels, a classic pump is always in style and elevates an outfit.

Faux Fur coat (I’m wearing an XS)//Black Blouse (I’m wearing a small)//Black Pants (I’m wearing a size 6)//Black pumps (I sized up 1/2 size)//Earrings

Sam Edelman Heel//Velveteen Moto Jacket (I’m wearing a 00)// Embellished Tee (I’m wearing a 00)//Earrings (these are clip-on)//Tweed Cuff Jeans (I’m wearing a 00 but need to size down)//Tweed Shoulder Bag

4. A Bootie- This time of year, we need a bootie that will go with all our outfits. You can obviously go with a lower-heeled bootie.

Mixed Mini Metallic Beads on Brown// Gold on Dark// Evereve Sweater (I’m wearing a small)// AE Jeans (I’m wearing a size 6)// Marc Fisher LTD Avalyn Booties// Leo Envelope Clutch

5. A Statement Boot- This isn’t a must, but I think it’s fun to have a statement boot. Something that adds some pop to your outfits.

Target Sweater (I’m wearing an XS)//Black Jeans (I’m wearing a size 4)//Leopard Booties (I sized up 1/2 size)//Gold Ring//Chain Bracelet//Bracelet//Earrings

6. Sneakers- I love a cute sneaker! I have several different styles, but I like a white sneaker for an everyday casual look.

Black Blazer (I’m wearing a small)//Embellished Heart Sweatshirt (I’m wearing a small)//Ag Jeans (similar here)//Earrings//Ugg Sneakers (sold out)

7. Tall Boot- During the winter months, I like a tall boot to wear with my dresses. I have black and tan.

J.Crew Factory Turtleneck Sweater Dress (I’m wearing a small)//Black Boots (I sized up 1/2 size)//Earrings//Victoria Emerson Bracelet

LOFT Dress (I’m wearing an XS)//Over the knee boot (similar option here)//earrings//ring

1. Platform Sandals

2. Two Strap Sandals

3. Square Toe

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~What you and I might rate as an absolute disaster, God may rate as a pimple-level problem that will pass. He views your life the way you view a movie after you’ve read the book.

When something bad happens, you feel the air sucked out of the theater. Everyone else gasps at the crisis on the screen. Not you. Why? You’ve read the book. You know how the good guy gets out of the tight spot.

God views your life with the same confidence. He’s not only read your story…he wrote it. -Max Lucado

  1. Cyndi= I do not know which month to search in your archive section to see some of your husband[s posts; especially some of his shoes/booties for what we are looking for my hsb.

    thank you

  2. Great post, Cyndi. Loving all of these shoes. I can’t wear flip flop type sandals, but do have a great pair of nude sandals, and I never seem to be able to find tall boots that aren’t too tall on my petite frame. But I think I have all others covered. Really enjoyed this post! Thanks for sharing!

  3. like the pointy toe option and i do own some cute kitten slingbacks that are very pointy toed BUT with a 9.5/10 size shoe pointy toes really make my feet feel big. I guess if rounded isn’t really “in’ then i could go with the more square toe concept.

  4. Thanks for the sock code! ordering today 🙂
As for shoes, I agree with the point toe flat as round toe ones look dumpy on me IMO. Excited to start wearing sandals again since that means warmer (and hopefully drier) weather.
I really wanted that red moto jacket but it sold out quickly 🙁 – I’ve been watching it since you first styled it.

    1. I love love the Tory Burch sandals but they just won’t stay on my thin narrow feet. I wish they had a padded footbed too. I had the same issue with the Circus style from Sam Edelman. Does anyone else have the same issue and perhaps found a style that worked for them? Thank you!
