I use my self-tanner weekly but when I’m going to be taking pics for a lot of clothes on my blog I will get a spray tan.

Just recently I read that if you take those gummy vitamins every day, you consume a total of 6 cups of sugar in one year! Also, some of them contain artificial colours and sweeteners. I just thought some people might want to know.

Thank you so much for finding the no show socks!! What a game changer! I have bought so many socks in the past and given them all to my daughter becasue they never stayed on. Thinking I might have a problem when I have ordered 3 out of the 10 items! But I have to say, the mascara is the best I have ever used. I bought a second tube so I don’t run out! I usually spend $30-40 on brand mascara and have never found one I like as much as this one! Thank you for recommending it!

I was a mother of the bride last May. ( also age 51 then) I also live in Canada.. I ended up buying a flowy dress that hit just above my ankles in navy that had layers of ruffles. It was cap sleeves( also with ruffles) which turned out to be great as it ended up being sunny and 80 that day..( not what we expected lol) . I didn’t want to wear the traditional looking mother of the bride dress either. I wanted something flirty and fun. Plus the other dresses seemed to weigh a ton and look old..I bought it at a local boutique so keep your options open:). Have fun and think outside the box.. I’m also sure Cyndi will have some great ideas for you as she always looks great. Good luck have fun!
I got my mother of the groom dress last October from BHLDN. It is Anthropologie’s special occasion dress boutique. Very pretty dresses with updated looks.
